The room had a good view over the city and the hotel was in a good, central location.
Breakfast was very Indian orientated - rice and lots of dubious liquids.
Everything was well set up and lived the view from my room and the restaurant
They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed when I arrived so had to wait for my room to be ready
The location and customer service are 100% and oh god the bed was so comfortable.

Breakfast is excellent but other meals are a little flat
Probably once a grand hotel, it has since slid into neglect. Owners do not even have art along the public areas, wide corridors or rooms. The bathroom mirror was pitted, overdue for replacement. The bathtub faucet had come apart from the wall, doors had not been varnished, probaby since installation.
Dinner took an hour to arrive, after reminders.
The only saving grace, if there's any, is that housekeeping does a good job in spite of management's neglect.
