Good Location and Amenities, but Serious Hygiene Issues on the 15th Floor
Pros:

I can’t give a complete review of the service because I only stayed one night and my booking did not include breakfast, but here is my experience.

The hotel is well located and at first sight the rooms look clean and well presented. They provide two complimentary bottles of water, coffee, tea, and cookies, which was appreciated.

The first inconvenience was that the hotel did not accept EUR and only accepted USD for payment. Since I arrived late on a Saturday, finding a solution was difficult because exchange offices were already closed.

However, the main issue — and in my opinion unacceptable for a 4-star hotel — was the presence of many cockroaches in the room. I found them in the bed, in the bathroom, and some even got into my suitcase. I stayed on the 15th floor, so I cannot say whether other floors have the same issue, but this was disappointing and affected my stay significantly.

If you are very uncomfortable with insects, I would personally avoid staying on this floor until the issue is addressed.

Awesome experience
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant on floor 21 has a nice view outside and one can see the city and the sea

Cons:

I leant that they do not serve alcohol. I had to step out and buy take aways. The hotel allows one to bring and drink in their room

Cons:

1. My booking was initially a queen size bed but was given a double bed joined together which was not comfortable during my stay .

2. I was charged and made to pay additional groceries which I had no idea was in the mini bar they claim was in the room . What troubles me was the Indian manager did not do anything about it though I complain at that time of checkout. The dishonesty at the property will never get me there again .
