After flying for over 24 hours I was so upset that there were roaches in all 3 rooms that was presented to me. I immediately canceled and asked for a refund. The upkeep of the hotel is not good at all. I'd never recommend staying here.

Amazing experience! I truly enjoyed my stay—the food was absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef. The staff were exceptional, with a special shoutout to Salma, Seif, and Zulfa for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was good with all variety but due to small space the spread was not comfortable, it was difficult to locate items as things were placed abruptly i.e. fruit juice & veg salad was kept together but cut fruits were in another area which becomes difficult see. similarly tea bags were kept at a place which usually everyone misses. They must keep relevant items together.

Cons:

Overall it was a good experince.

C’était vraiment propre et le personnel était tres chaleureux, j’ai fais 1 semaines et je recommande très fortement, petite plus ils ont vu l’information dans mon passeport pour El jour de mon anniversaire et ils m’ont fais un gâteau et le personnel sont venu chanter pour moi par surprise ♥️j’étais tellement émue merci beaucoup

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

They were under construction, but little things like broken drawers ect were a bit annoying. I also didn’t realise it was a dry hotel, so no bar ect, but that’s probably my fault for not checking.
