O café é bom mas precisa variar. Ficamos por 4 dias e sempre a mesma coisa.

Beautiful hotel, clean, very nicely decorated, good heating system (we were there in winter), large rooms, helpful staff, great location. I highly recommend this hotel!
Great location if you're trying to get around Buenos Aires and visit many neighborhoods and attractions. The lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The laundry service and housekeeping were good. We had a nice view outside our window.
Our room was extremely small, and it needed renovations. The ceiling above the window needed a paint job and may have had water damage. There were also minor holes in the wall. The curtains had some stains, and the heat made a consistently loud noise when we turned it on. The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were flat and small. The hotel staff questioned whether my boyfriend was staying at the hotel and were generally not the kindest to him. The breakfast is not vegan-friendly.

Loved the room size and the bed- mattress comfortable and pillows just right- sheets felt great
Adoramos a possibilidade do check in antecipado. As instalações aparentam ser recentemente reformadas… quarto estiloso, banheiro bem espaçoso, chuveiro quente.
O cuidado com o hóspede também gostamos, oferecem água como cortesia.
A localização também é um ponto positivo.
Infelizmente, sentimos calor devido a calefação central, com isso, não conseguimos regular, entramos em contato com a recepção e informaram que não tinham como alterar a temperatura. As janelas não abrem, explicaram que por ser prédio histórico não era autorizado, ou seja, quarto totalmente fechado, abafado e sem ventilação, por isso, o sentimos bastante calor.
Pra quem tem fobia a lugar fechado, não terá uma experiência boa.
Com relação a limpeza, cortinas do quarto estavam bem empoeiradas.
Quanto ao café da manhã, nos decepcionou bastante, não tinha variedade de nada, sem muita opção, café frio… o destaque positivo é apenas um bolo de baunilha que serviram, muito bom.
Outro ponto é o Roof top, um dos motivos para termos escolhido o hotel foi esse
Serviço. E não tem, e pelo o que vimos, ja não funciona faz tempo.
O ponto positivo é que o lounge onde fica o roof top é bem legal, um espaço para se tomar um vinho, fumar…
