Bizim için korkunç bir deneyimdi. İnternetteki fotoğraflara aldanarak rezervasyon yaptık. Odalar kirli, bakımsız ve oldukça yıpranmıştı. Üç kişilik bir aile olarak kaldığımız odadaki üçüncü yatağın şiltesi o kadar inceydi ki demirleri sırtımıza batıyordu.
İlk günün ardından üç günlük rezervasyonumuz için tekrar geleceğimizi söyledik ve özellikle temiz bir oda ile düzgün yatak rica ettik. Resepsiyon not aldıklarını ve ilgileneceklerini belirtti. Sorunumuzu ayrıca yetkililere de ilettik.
Üç gün sonra geri döndüğümüzde ise hiçbir şeyin dikkate alınmadığını, hatta odanın daha da kötü olduğunu gördük. Üstelik personelin tavrı son derece ukala ve ilgisizdi. Gecenin bir vakti, ailemle birlikte ortada bırakıldım. Resepsiyondaki görevlinin tek çözümü, adeta umursamaz bir tavırla, “İsterseniz paranızı iade edelim” demek oldu.

Kısacası, hem konaklama hem de müşteri ilişkileri açısından tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Hayatımızda yaşadığımız en kötü otel deneyimlerinden biriydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, uzak durun.

Comfortable room with good breakfast choices
Pros:

Reception staff quickly changed my rooms (twice) when I complained about various issues highlighted. Gokcenur in reception was very helpful and took my concerns seriously. Restaurant staff Ali Gurler was very professional and courteous. When I wanted fried eggs for breakfast, he kindly fulfilled my request on two separate occasions. Thank you Ali.

Det var väldigt trevligt och rummen var rena och fina. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var verkligen värt pengarna. Det enda negativa var att sängen inte var särskilt bekväm.
