Lobby beviel ons het meest. Als je binnenkomt geeft het je een heerlijk luxe gevoel. Onze kamer voor 3 personen, suite, was ruim, schoon en van alles voorzien. Perfecte badkamer, hele fijne bed.

Cons:

Het restaurant als je het vergelijkt met de lobby, de kamer e.d. Maar genoeg keuze om te eten hoor!

Pros:

Halil van de receptie heeft ons gehele verblijf vergemakkelijkt en is erg behulpzaam geweest. De bedden lagen goed. De douch was heerlijk. Omdat wij sporten in de ochtend werd de gym eerder voor ons geopend. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren en gratis vale.

Cons:

De roomservice is traag en komt niet juist door.

It is a nice hotel, the staff is ok. The spa is nice. The rooms are very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfy.

Cons:

The pool was cold. Overall good 4 star hotel. 5 star is a bit too much. The room how a small window, the rest was curtain hiding the wall. No balcony.

Cons:

Vor allem das Restaurant ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Boden so verschlissen und klebrig das die Stühle fest geklebt haben.
Müsste mal wieder renoviert werden.

Pros:

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum äußerst zufrieden. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotelbereich – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren stets gepflegt.
Der Service war durchgehend auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken – was ich persönlich sehr angenehm fand, da man sich so wirklich entspannen konnte. Es wurde stets versucht, für jedes Anliegen eine passende Lösung zu finden.
Auch das Essen hat mich positiv überrascht: Die Qualität und der Geschmack waren so gut, dass es eigentlich keinen Anlass gab, außerhalb des Hotels essen zu gehen.
Der Pool- und Hammam-Bereich war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Frische Badetücher standen jederzeit zur Verfügung, was den Komfort zusätzlich erhöht hat.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die Stadtmitte ist mit dem Taxi in weniger als 15 Minuten erreichbar, was die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr unkompliziert macht.
Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besonders für alle, die einen sorgenfreien und entspannten Urlaub genießen möchten. 👍👍👍

Bu oteldeki konaklamamdan son derece memnun kaldım. İlk andan itibaren kendimi çok hoş karşılanmış hissettim. Özellikle otelin genel temizliği dikkat çekiciydi – hem odalar hem de ortak alanlar her zaman son derece bakımlı ve hijyenikti.
Sunulan hizmet kalitesi oldukça yüksekti. Personel her zaman güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve yardımseverdi; aynı zamanda kesinlikle rahatsız edici ya da ısrarcı değildi. Bu durum, konaklamam boyunca kendimi daha rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Her türlü talep ve ihtiyaca çözüm bulunması için çaba gösteriliyordu.
Yemekler de beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Lezzet ve kalite açısından oldukça başarılıydı; bu nedenle dışarıda yemek yeme ihtiyacı hissetmedim.

Красивый вид из ресторана на город. Вкусная еда. Приветливый и понимающий персонал. Просторный номер (на фото выглядел меньше, чем в реальности).

Cons:

Расположение номера на первом турецком этаже. Грязь и запах сигарет (хотя бронировали номер для не курящих). Отопление в номере (либо жарко, либо холодно), регулировать температуру самостоятельно в комнате невозможно. Дверь в ванную комнату открывается не до конца, так как мешает санузел.
