Sucio, con plagas.
Pros:

Los jardines tienen muy lindo diseño.

Cons:

Muy sucio, con plaga de juanes tlascalcuanes, el aire acondicionado ruidoso, se nota que no hay mantenimiento. La gente afuera de las habitaciones haciendo ruido a media noche, un perro que no dejaba de ladrar (eso fue lo menos malo) y el hotel no hacía nada.

Me agradó el hotel, pero no la habitación que supongo es la que dan en ofertas, como la que tomé

Las instalaciones en general con buen mantenimiento, las áreas verdes muy atractivas y de buen gusto, la atención expedita del personal a nuestras solicitudes y atención a un par de inconformidades.

Cons:

La habitación donde nos quedamos da directamente a la calle lateral a un pequeño estacionamiento abierto de los comercios contiguos, donde colocan botes de basura, misma que recolectan en la madrugada, nos tocó una noche aguantar un borracho estacionado exactamente enfrente de la ventana de nuestra habitación, gritando improperios.
Las toallas deshilachadas, en 3 de las 4 noches.

La ubiciación es excelente. Bonitos jardines y buena alberca, parece que no te estás hospedando cerca del centro de la ciudad

paz y tranquilidad , excelente servicio y limpieza para la familia y tus mascotas

me encanto el area de jardin y la alberca, todo excelente con nuestra mascota, claro que volveria definitivamente.

Cons:

mejoraría el menú y el servicio de alimentos y limpieza en las mesas de la piscina, entre comensales deben limpiar las mesas y mantener ordenado.

Un buen lugar para ir con la familia a conocer el estado de Queretaro.
Pros:

la piscina, estuvo muy bien, aunque es pequeña suficiente para ir con los niños. La ubicación es excelente, muy cercano al centro, el restaurante aunque no lo probé, tendré que volver, se veía bien

Garden Oasis - no better hotel in Queretaro
Pros:

This is an absolute oasis in the hustle and bustle of Mexico. The staff are beyond accommodating and every interaction left us feeling comfortable, confident in their work, and relaxed. The heated pool was divine and the lovely gardens left us feeling truly serene.

Lo tranquilo del lugar, radico en Queretaro y pareciera que no estaba en la ciudad

Normalmente en habitaciones de ese tipo, hay frigobar, sales o jabón especial para tinas, falto gorra para el cabello, entre otras cosas.
