Azura Tulum

Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water.

We are repeat visitors and always have a great experience! The rooftop is lovely for relaxing and they will go out of their way to meet your needs!

Great place. The only thing is sometimes during late hours there is no front desk, but you will have a key to enter. The location is pretty good. Hot water, no problems with toilet.

A refreshing and nicely styled place to stay in Tulum. The rooftop is a great space to lounge around and enjoy the sunset. Overall a good location easily walkable to everything. The complimentary breakfast basket is a great touch, and the staff were all easy going and helpful.

Great location in downtown Tulum, walking distance to most of the dive shops and a quick shuttle to the beach. Terrific service and staff, highly recommend.

The suite was very large with two master bedrooms. It is very recent, everything is modern and in good condition. The service is very personalized and friendly. The location is perfect, Just one block away from all shpos and restaurants. I highly recommend the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay.

Sabine was an amazing member of the staff with nothing too much trouble and we were sorry that we left very early and not able to say goodbye to her and to thank her more for all her help. Sabine THANK YOU!!!

Amazingly comfortable, quiet and well equipped boutique hotel in central Tulum
town. Walking distance to everything in town and a short ride to the beaches, ruins and many cenotes. The rooms feature everything you will need to comfortably enjoy your stay and the rooftop sitting pools are the perfect place to cool down and enjoy a drink after a hot day. Definitely recommend!

Loved loved loved this hotel. I actually booked last minute after having some trouble with my other accommodation (it did not have a/c) and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the ladies at the front desk were for me! I was very impressed with the room itself. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, good wifi and cute little rooftop! I didn't use the tv at all since I was out and about but they did have Netflix available. It was so nice to come back to this cute hotel and spacious cool room after a long day in the sun. Also there are so many yummy restaurants nearby and I felt very safe as a female traveling solo! I highly recommend it and will be back:)

The room is so nice, the best place of this trip, even better than Marriot. It is clean and felt like home, quiet, easy access. They provide clean water for both drinking and teeth-brushing, snacks, coffee, fresh flower, and all the stuffs you need in the kitchen, and the lovely customized tips for guests. We should stay here for at least one week! The wifi is fast speed and the rooms are bright. People there are very nice and helpful. We did not add photos, but the photo in the website is true and as beautiful as the real ones.

Everything is bright and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful in planning activities, calling taxis and making restaurant reservations. We had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Nice shower. Complimentary Coronas in the refrigerator after a long day of traveling brightwas a very nice touch! There is some local street noise-- vendors hawking their goods via bicycle and honking a little horn to get people to come out of their homes. Gentrification is in process. Across the street from this boutique hotel are cinder block houses with tin roofs. The neighborhood felt very safe, as long as you have some street smarts and stay on the main roads, there are always people about.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. As a female solo traveler, who speaks minimal Spanish, and who visited Tulum for the first time, I found the location convenient, the property incredibly secure and comfortable, and the staff amazingly warm and helpful. They were great in helping me arrange transportation and activities, and even helped translate with a couple of cab drivers. Overall a fantastic experience!

The hotel is excellent. Everything is new, the kitchen is fully equipped, you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and welcome you with a goodie bag and explain the neighborhood. The AC works great, the TV has free netflix, there's free wi-fi. The rooftop is nice, you can't swim in the pools, but they are nice. The location is great, I walked to the restaurants and bars at night. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car, you can also rent a bike to get there. Great experience at this hotel. Fully recommend.

This hotel is in town near everything. Rent bikes, or scooters to get to the Cenotes and the beaches. Visit Del Asadero restaurant around the corner for amazing Mexican food with big portions at great prices!

Had a wonderful stay at Azura, the apartments are modern, clean and comfortable with extra touches like complimentary wifi, netflix, snacks and drinks to make anyone feel at home. The rooftop terrace with paddling pools was also a nice area to relax in, although the 'pools' could do with being a little deeper to actually be able to sit in. The area was convenient with several decent cafes/restaurants nearby and was close to downtown Tulum. Would definitely stay here again!
