Absolutely stunning hotel, quiet, calm area, the guest services was fantastic , we were so so so so cold in the room and happily once I asked they provided a heating device. We were there during an unusual cold front
Honestly just that it was so cold and that has nothing to do with the hotel. They provided many blankets and a heating device.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the staff are friendly. You are just a few minutes' walk to the center of San Cristobal. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro, a pocos pasos caminando de todo lo interesante de San Cristobal. Muy bonito en las áreas comunes. Decoración muy tradicional. En general, las áreas se ven muy bonitas.
El servicio de desayuno, muy bien. El personal muy atento y en general todo muy rico,
La habitación, algo cutre. Solo 2 almohadas y las cobijas algo austero. considerando ese mismo precio, conseguí otra habitación en otro hotel en la misma zona, con mejores comodidades en la habitación.
Reservé una habitación con una cama king y al hacer check in nos asignaron esa selección, sin embargo a los 10 minutos se acercaron a decirnos que nos cambiarian ya que había problemas con el calentador de agua y nos ubicaron en una habitación con camas dobles al fondo del hotel, considerando que tenían poca ocupación. En general la limpieza del baño, dejaba un poco que desear.

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The room was a bit cold at first, but we requested an electric heater and received one right away. WiFi was decent.
There was a moldy smell in the room, likely because the rooms aren’t heated and it was quite cold inside.
One thing I would say is that all the staff really tried. It’s a big hotel which needs an upgrade and more care, the staff however responded very well to any of our requests. Even the waiter prepared us to go breakfast (not great but the thought was there).
We liked having breakfast in the patio, in the sun in the mornings and we also enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the common area!
The decor around the hotel is very beautiful, and so was the view from our room and around the hotel!
Unfortunately the photos don’t look the same as the rooms you get (they are missing nice touches on beds), so I recommend that hotel updates their photos otherwise it’s a bit deceiving.
At first we were given a smaller room than we booked so we asked for a change. I was travelling with my friend and her mum — so they put us in a family room with 3 beds.
My friend’s mum injured herself on a nail sticking out of the wall on the way to the bathroom, the shower only had hot water on the first day (the rest of the time it was luke warm), and I didn’t have a great experience sleeping as I got bit very badly. I still don’t know if it was the bedbugs or something else?
Also the breakfast was good but the waiter would charge us for liquid milk to go with our coffee and didn’t always wanted to serve us outside?!
The staff were very helpful as we were able to store our luggage on arrival before checking in. The room was clean and they provided an extra blanket when requested. The location was excellent as it was a 10 min walk to the centre but quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good as well.

Me tocó una habitación muy húmeda y la primer noche casi no pude dormir del frío. Al día siguiente solicité un cambio y me lo hicieron. Así que todo bien.

Es un hotel cómodo, tiene lo necesario para descansar. Hay internet, TV en la habitación y está limpio. Único detalle; invitar a otros huéspedes y al personal de limpieza a disminuir el ruido que generan. Todo lo demás excelente.
The employees are very helpful. They need to move the restaurant to the front of the property; it's very hidden.
El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación. Tienes el centro, restaurantes y tiendas a unos minutos caminando. El staff se portó increíble, nos recomendó lugares para comer y visitar. La habitación muy agradable, limpia y bonita.
