Fire your GM and hire someone who knows how to run a hotel and take care of your customers.
Pros:

Staff was ok. They tried under difficult conditions.

Cons:

No ice machine! How do you have a hotel without an ice machine?
No personal items ie small bottles shampoo, lotion.
TV controller never worked.
Ac/heat controls did not work.
Never cleaned room.
Hotel changed from two bed to one bed.
GM threatened to cancel reservations under the preview " I have the right to refuse to rent to anyone " after trying to literally DOUBLE the rate on the room, after the reservation had been confirmed for almost 2 weeks. Obviously the GM is extremely greedy and I think should be removed from his job.
