Paid $100 cash because he cancelled our $65.00 card reservation. We left in 2 hrs with no refund of.
Pros:

It's located in Rockwall.

Cons:

Stains and hairs on the bed. Non-smoking room smelled as if someone had smoked in there. The room needed complete remodeling. The shower wasn't draining.

Pros:

location was good for our needs. it was cheap. get what you pay for.

Cons:

what breakfast? there was a group of people hanging out in the parking lot most of the night which made me worry about my car and the belongings inside. they were loud and drinking. the TV in the room didnt work properly. it would turn on but the channels kept dropping out.

People hanging around at the back of the property.
I had to be very careful in the shower tub to keep from falling. The bottom of the tub was very uneven.
I booked for two nights, but checked out after the first night.

Horrible...
Pros:

The check in felt like a prison check in. The room was musty smelling, walls visibly dirty. One guy came down while I was checking in and asked for a wash rag, she said she can't give him that after 8 pm... bedding was very used and old... just not a good experience what so ever....
