Equipe extremamente profissional. Atenciosos, prestativos, educados e gentis. Sempre disponíveis a atender e agradar.

Cons:

Da cobrança de taxa de serviço (10%) sobre o valor total da reserva no check out, sem que fosse expressamente informada no ato da mesma. O CDC (art 39), Lei 13419, trata que a referida taxa não pode ser apresentada como devida e/ou obrigatória. Deve ser informada previamente no ato da reserva e o cliente deve ser sondado sobre seu consentimento em pagar pela mesma quando do check out. Se não há tal sondagem pode ser interpretada como cobrança compulsória e/ou constrangedora. O CDC trata que o consumidor deve sempre estar ciente de todos os custos envolvidos num serviço. Se não há informação prévia na reserva da hospedagem o consumidor não tem ciência de que haverá adicionais posteriores, o que confronta o previsto em Lei vigente.

Melhor hotel que já estive, principalmente o atendimento.
Pros:

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, recomendo a todos, podem ir sem receio, os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes, tem um chá da tarde delicioso, piscina quentinha e o atendimento é um espetáculo a parte.

Melhor atendimento que já tive, e o café da manhã é espetacular.

Hotel com “Piscina”
Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom . Café da tarde é um diferencial.

Cons:

Para usar a piscina na pós o meio dia , é necessário fazer uma reserva! Reserva essa que dura uma hora . Mais da metade dos hóspedes ficam sem conseguir usar a piscina no período da tarde. E detalhe : eles não avisam antes que é necessário reservar a piscina. Consegui usar apenas por uma hora… e tive sorte de ainda conseguir horário… A maioria não consegue!

Hotel encantador
Pros:

O chá da tarde e o café da manhã são maravilhosos. O hotel é lindo. Há bicicletas para passeio. Tem piscina aquecida, spa e academia. A equipe nota mil, muito atenciosos no atendimento. Vamos voltar com certeza.

O ar-condicionado da academia não gelava muito e estava calor.
