Very dated.

Property is very nice, rooms are clean but rather dated. Bathtub was very slippery, wife slipped and would have hit her head on the tub if not for the shower curtain.

The building overall was solid. The gym could be updated from the look which feels like late 80s and 90s. Overall a decent stay , if a bit overpriced for its amenities.

Dirty room, bathroom door handle didn’t work to open the door once shut so was stuck in bathroom for a period of time. Wallpaper coming off walls

The property was clean and affordable. The rooms were nice but a bit dated for our taste. I say overall we were very satisfied with the location and that we would stay again.

Property was clean, check-in was one of the fastest I’ve ever encountered and staff was professional.
The building and decor is older (dated) so if you’re looking for a more modern stay this wouldn’t be it. They serve coffee and pastries in the morning, free of charge. Overall good experience if I had to stay here again I would.

The room did not have a microwave. The refrigerator was on the desk, limiting workspace.

Very welcoming, nice staff and clean.

Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I requested maid service between days and never got it. Interior furnishings are dated, with a refrigerator sitting on top of what should have been the desk. The continental breakfast was worthless.

Our room was not available at check in which was an already late 4:00. We were in town for a wedding and waited until almost 5:00 for our room to be available. The front desk staff was not friendly and I am sure that others were complaining about no check-in but maybe offer an apology or a drink voucher at the very least.

Finally, the tub was receiving back-up overflow from who knows where and during the evening of our stay on August 16, water started streaming from the ceiling in the bathroom/vanity area, causing us to exit at 6:45 am.

All around good stay room needs a mini fridge

Need to adhere to closing pool when stated on the door. I was awakened at 2am by people being in the pool. Isn't the pool supposed to close at 11pm?
Hotel needs a upgrade. Period. Mold in tub.

It was a nice place to stay the night. Didn't get to take advantage or explore the options they offered since we only stayed the night after a concert in Cleveland. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and small. It was a double bed room as standard. The blankets were kind of scratchy. None of us slept well.

Our room was ok, I was expecting a microwave in our room. The air conditioner was outdated. I had to clean the balcony chairs myself. They gave me cleaner at the front desk. It should have been cleaned. They couldn't can it because housekeeping went home for the evening. I called down to tell them I was done with the cleaner and they told me to bring it down! For that price, I shouldn't have had to clean or take the cleaner to them. I really liked where our room was I was very quiet.

Positives: Quiet and clean.
Not sure at what price point actual bedding should be expected. This room was $180 plus tax. Two sheets and a light blanket were the “bedding”. The room was quiet both nights, I was surprised there was no coffee available in the mornings. My only negative is the lack of bedding.

Quik and easy to book..price was ok and there were rooms last minute i think with more up to date furniture , appliances and tv it would be really nice

Clean but needs updated

Very disappointed. We called the front desk because at 11:30pm a wedding party was blasting music at the pool and jumping in with clothes on. They were rude and said too bad the party has contracted to use the pool. The question remains why did you sell us a room that looks out onto the pool.

Secondly the property advertised free breakfast. When I went for breakfast the dining area was for wedding party only. The front desk said again too bad they contracted.


Facilities have not been updated in thirty years and mold in the bathtub.


Drive a little further away for a better night sleep and less rude hosts.

No room service but a nice pool
