We stayed at Duja Chalet Hotel for 5 nights as three families, and we had an absolutely fantastic time!

The hotel’s location is perfect — very close to the ski lifts, which made everything so easy and convenient, especially with children. It really made a difference to our holiday.

What truly made our stay special was the staff. We have never experienced such genuinely lovely and attentive service from everyone — from reception to the restaurant team to the cleaners. Every single person went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable.

Thank you so much for everything. We had the best time and would happily return!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da es sich direkt an der Skipiste befindet - ideal für Wintersportler. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich dekoriert. Es ist im Stil Schweizer Chalets gebaut und verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine sehr gemütliche, alpine Atmosphäre und passt hervorragend zur verschneiten Landschaft. Das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Herr Sinan, Herr Ugur und Herrn Ahmet, welche uns ausgezeichnet beraten haben. Ihr Engagement hat unseren Aufenthalt spürbar bereichert.

Die Region Sarikamis ist einzigartig. Aufgrund der besonderen Schneequalität gehört sie zu den wenigen Orten weltweit mit sogenanntem Kristallschnee. Die Pisten sind hervorragend präpariert und sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene bestens geeignet. Auch die Stadt Kars bietet einige historische Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Ruinen von Ani, heute UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Der Cildir See, besonders im Winter zugefroren, ist ein Naturwunder. Die Menschen sind äußerst herzlich, offen und gastfreundlich. Besonders beeindruckend ist die traditionelle, vom Kaukasus geprägte Musik und die kraftvollen Tänze, die sich deutlich vom Rest des Landes unterscheiden. Ebenso die authentische, regionale Küche mit ihren hochwertigen Produkten wie dem Gravyer Käse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Great location right on the slopes for ski in and out, also kindly let me do a late checkout so I could ski longer on my final day

Great location next to the upper ski lift with wonderful facilities. The staff was amazing and so friendly. From Buket and Kamer at the front desk, to Ibrahim in the restaurant and the managers Ahmed and Sinal, everyone was so welcoming and helpful.

Amazing rooms, great food, and a perfectly located place. I had no skiing experience before coming here, but the lessons were excellent — after just two sessions I was able to ski on my own. Huge thanks to Gokhan and all instructors for his patience and great teaching. Sinan, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful, and Sinan Bey was very attentive as well. Honestly, all the staff were amazing and made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended! Solo travel safe!

An almost ski in ski out hotel with spectacular view right from our room. The warmth & kind hospitality of the staff was marked by top notch service. Special thanks to Mr Kamer for his excellent & professional services extended to us during our stay. Skiing here was good with wide slopes snd good terrain. And we relished every meals at the buffets where the variety & quality of the food impressed us daily. We had a great time here!

These guys are the best I have ever seen in turkey. No words to describe how thankful i am to these guys honestly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and be sure this is from now on my unique destination each year for the ski trip
