5 stars on everything!
Pros:

My husband and I have always stayed at your facility when we come down to go to Casino once maybe twice year for at least 5-6 years now! We even stayed there when it use to be the Turf so that’s how long we’ve been staying there when we come down! The employees have always been very friendly and cleanliness is amazing!

Bait and switch tactic- I booked at Rodeway inn because of the pictures shown. They tried putting me in the Turf (a brick building across the parking lot that is seriously dirty, outdated, and literally has a crumbling staircase with caution tape.) I took one look at the room, returned the keys, and asked for another room in the place I actually booked but they said they were full. I asked for a refund and am now disputing the charge with my bank because both booking.com and the motel are putting it off on each other.

Very clean! Loved the fact I had a jacuzzi in my room! It was really quiet, but it was also a sunday night so ...?! Super close too casino,
breakfast was subpar at best!

Disappointing but will stay again and make reservations by phone

The staff were extremely nice and informative.

We booked a room for Rodeway, it was paid for before check in online. We were placed in the Turfway (?) part of the motel and it was horrible. The old room had cobwebs, the drains didn't drain fast enough without backing up. I told the front desk at check out and was told in the future to call, not to use online booking. Not sure why that would matter, but lesson learned.

We were very unhappy with our stay
Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. When you sat on the end of the bed the mattress would lift up on the front of the bed and I am only 125 lbs. The bathroom jacuzzi tub had rust around the jets. We asked for an inside room and weren't able to accommodate us. The motel across from us in the same parking lot as our hotel was our view and it is falling apart. The restaurant our hotel was shut down.

Great location, comfortable stay and great staff. I would stay again.

We had a nice stay at the Rodeway Inn. The staff was really nice and helpful. Good hot breakfast. Very comfortable beds. We had a nice stay.
