Terrible servicio , no tenían toallas al reclamar nos dieron una húmeda y con huevo, la secadora de cabello no funcionaba y el teléfono tampoco..

No se qué falló , si la app o el hotel pague x2

Por medio de la aplicación reservamos, y según que la aplicación ya habíamos pagado con la aplicación y tuvimos que pagar allá. Lo hice por medio de hoteles.com y me cobraron doble
