もう５、６回は利用してるw
とにかく窓がでかいので非日常を味わえる。
でかい冷蔵庫に電子レンジ、炊飯器まであるのは助かる。
包丁、まな板、カトラリー、様々な大きさの皿もカレンデリアでテイクアウトしたものを盛り付けるのに便利だし、味も良くなる（気がするかもw）
今回は食べなかったが、カップヌードルを買うことをお勧めしたい。
いきなりのスコールで外出どころでは無くなる事も多いから。

The property is excellent and very affordable- Check in was on my phone but the deposit required interaction with the front desk as well as the submission of contact tracing sheet.

Pros:

The guards in the lobby didn't want to turn on the AC, the lights in the hallway on the 6th floor, going to room 610 didn't work.
At nighttime there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, furnitures beeing moved around.
The room itself was ok, the bed was good and there was a big shower.
All in all, if u r having a short stay it is good, but there is definitly room for improvement.

Property location was good, close to malls, it park and downtown.
Rooms was cleaned everyday with friendly staff.

Only bad thing was only served breakfest. No restaurant after breakfest buffet. Had to leave hotel to find food

Pros:

Everything about this property is great just one issue I had, the TV picture is often bad and limited channels. There are probably 20 English channels, and HBO is included. The room is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, full size fridge, pool, laundry. The free breakfast is Filipino food only and limited selection.

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

My stay at Alicia Apartelle was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful in time of need. The hotel has a garage for parking personally owned vehicles. Traffic can be hectic, therefore if you decide to drive around, the security guards will direct traffic in order for you to exit the hotel parking onto the road. The hotel is close to the Gaisano Country Mall and is located across the street from various restaurants and cafe's.

가격 대비 숙소는 그럭저럭...
조식이 실망스러웠음.욕실에 비누 없이 액상 샴푸와 바디클리싱만 비치.이 가격이면 다른 호텔을 가는게 나을거 같다.이런 조건이라면 3-4만원대가 맞음.

はっきり言って日本人は泊まらない方が良い。
もっと上のホテルに泊まるべきです。
着いてすぐに断水があって返金を断られました！
断水についてはfixを繰り返すばかりで、返金についてはNOの一点張り。
セブでの滞在は1日足らずですが深夜便の為、2泊取っていました。
1日はベッドを使用していますので2日分請求するのはおかしいと思い、1日分だけ返金するよう求めました。
帰国後にホテルズドットコムの方にLINEチャットでもう一度お願いしましたがホテル側は断水の事実はなかったと嘘をつかれました。
泣き寝入りかと思っていたらホテルズドットコムの方が2500円のクレジットクーポンを用意してくれました！
ホテルに対しては不満が消えないままです。
チェックアウトもカードキーを返して終わるのが一般的ですが、ここはチェックアウトで降りて来てからスタッフがルームチェックに行きます。
20分ほどかかりました！
タクシーの手配もしてもらうように頼んでいたのにチェックが終わってから呼ぶという…
ほんまにこのホテル終わってます。
時間を逆算して余裕を持って動いていたのにホテル側のせいで予定が狂いました。
フィリピンには二度と滞在したくないと思いました。
このホテルは清潔でセキュリティーも良くて立地もそこそこ良いのにスタッフが終わってました。残念！
※セブへ行かれる方への注意
タクシーは基本30~40分で200~230ペソです。
到着フロアの階ではブラックタクシーしかいません。
行きはホテルまで700ペソを値切って400ペソにしてもらいました！
車が動いてから運転手に450ペソと言われ、私は3人で行ったんですが、降りてからお前は嘘つきだ！と連呼してやりました！結局400ペソしか渡してません！
マクタン空港からホテルへ向かう時は出発フロアの階まで上がって下さい！
各ホテルから空港まで来ている方のタクシーがわりと頻繁に到着するので、そのタクシーをうまく利用すればぼったくられずに済みます！
ショッピングセンターから出ているバスも8ペソで乗れました！
帰りの空港まではホテルからメーターを上げないといけないタクシーだったので230ペソくらいでした！
