可成り古い設備なのに値段がそこそこ高いが景色が良いしプールも綺麗でスタッフの対応も良かった！

Perfekt läge vid stranden och nära till restaurang och shopping. Balkong med härlig utsikt som användes mycket för att slappa och dricka kaffe. Städning och service mycket bra. Poolen också mycket bra med fantastisk utsikt mot stranden. Ett litet gym som jag använde dagligen. Återkommer gärna igen.

Great staff, price was ok, be aware it’s in need of some tlc but overall rooms clean and friendly staff.
They gave 2 single beds instead of a king but offered to move me. However I declined as the new bathroom wasn’t as nice.

ビーチロード沿いのsoi1にある立地なので、ソンテウの降り場がわかりやすくて良い。オーシャンビューの部屋であればより快適度が高い。コンドミニアムもありホテルのすぐ傍にミニスーパーマーケットもあるので１ヶ月程の滞在くらいで当ホテルのポテンシャルはより発揮されると思う

Outdated but expected. Traded old hotel vs newer hotel for the same dollar. Overall it did it's job. Nice pool... great location with everything around you that you may possibly need. Parking is a pain but if you park for one day and leave it parked it's fine.

There was a leakage in the bathroom from the toilet flush. The furniture were old and run down. There was a tear on the bed cover

Nice pool, quiet location, big room.
BUT: unbearably noisy and temperamental air con, erratic unreliable Wifi.
Basic and poorly furnished room in need of refurbishing.
OK if you expect 2 star quality.

Nice view of the beach and city
as well as the friendly staff. The one problem was slow WiFi

The ocean view from the balconies was the main attraction for me initially. But I was pleasantly surprised at the building and surroundings when I pulled up. There is a nice cafe along with the hotel/condo restaurant that both seem nice (didn't try the restaurant but the cafe out front has a nice view and good sandwiches). There is also a 24hr Tops market in the basement. The pool is nice too and the gym is not great but sufficient for a bit of exercise (but don't expect much).

Yeah the room and building is an older one, but I tend to prefer those in Thailand cause typically they are twice as large as the modern rooms. Lots of open space here and a big balcony as well. The room was pretty quiet too (though I always ask for a quiet room locale, and usually always get it...)


You can stay in this area along the beach and really not know or see any of the craziness going on in the rest of the city. There are also several nice restaurants along the beach front that are good and not super expensive. And a couple of malls are also within walking distance or a short baht bus ride away. After staying here I don't know why anyone would want to stay anywhere in Pattaya except along the beach (with an ocean view, like here). The only reasons to pass up this place would be if you wanted something more luxurious and modern or a more lively neighborhood.

Staff great, room great, looked a little old but nothing a lick of paint wouldn't fix, good location, quiet in room. Enjoyed.

internet hardware is all there but needed a bit of resetting. Area is a bit boring and away from street life. nice views, easy going helpful staff. can be noisy because large groups and no carpeting anywhere.
