lovely small motel style hotel just set back about 30 meters from beach road so nice and quite.
Rooms were basic but for the cost, clean tidy, good size, comfortable and air conditioned.
Fittings and furniture bit old but adds to the charm.
Guest friendly.
1 minute walk down the drive to the beach, 10 minutes to Walking Street, 15 minutes to Soi 6 area, 10 minutes to Soi Metro area.
I found this hotel to be extremely run down.
You could see daylight between the walls & door frames allowing lizards & mosquito’s in 24/7, I left after my stay with serious mosquito bites all over.
The doors to the rooms were very unsecured, I didn’t have a safety deposit box & the walls were so thin I could hear the phone alarms going off in the room next door.

Good location
Staying at a room on ground level and doors that had large gaps ment there will be some unwanted visitors like FAT cockroaches and small lizards, the hotel does need a lot of loving to be a good hotel again. The pool area is good and the hotel is very well situated close to the beach.
Paid £30 per room per night for bed and breakfast. The hotel is at the mid point of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is just off the main road. Our room was a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately did not have a balcony. No problem though it had a table and chairs in front of large windows with a great ocean view. There are rooms with balconies around the pool if you want to book those. There are lots of bars and restaurants around in the vicinity. Our favourite was the sportsman’s bar. Great food and staff. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. If you are western and didn’t like Thai food, then there was toast, ham, sausage salad, fruits etc and you can asked them to make fried or scrambled eggs. There was also plenty of juice and coffee. Overall and please bear this in mind. For the price paid the hotel was great value for money. If you are expecting 5 star facilities etc then book the Hilton. But if you want a cheap holiday I would absolutely recommend and go back to this hotel.
Past it's Glory Days into Genteel decline, seems to have a problem with water pressure .Breakfast not really for western tastes. It's saving grace is the Pool and the location! Staff very good!

Not friendly staff, only 2 towels per room, only 1 towel at pool, loud noise from bar, very old hotel, in shower either very hot or cold water, no phone in rooms, some rooms no wifi, internet goes on and off all day.
There was no hot water in the room. In fact the pool was hotter and there was other peoples hair in the bathroom area. It was a very comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast were good and location excellent. Staff were polite and courteous.

Zu wenig Liegestühle mit schmutzigen Auflagen am Swimmingpool. Poolbar meistens unbesetzt.
Excellent stay...the only things I would say that they could improve on is pillows (need to be softer) , and if they could have bacon included for breakfast.
Nice for overnight stay
No updates, everything is old, A/C weak and no power to cool off the room. Swimming pool not so clean. At pool side only 1 towel per person is given.
