Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Mitten in der Altstadt von Dinkelsbühl, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

kein Aufzug im Haus, war aber kein Problem.

Cons:

WLAN und Fernsehen funktionierte nicht und eine kurzfristige Hilfe/Lösung war anscheinend nicht umsetzbar.
Die Mitarbeiter haben zumindest ein kostenloses Getränk angeboten.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Hübsches Hotel in historischem Gebäude.
Zentrale Lage im Herzen von Dinkelsbühl. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Außengastronomie vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück mit frischem Obst.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Bäder auf einem aktuellen Stand.

Cons:

Einziges Problem: Die Außengastronomie bringt abends und nachts eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse mit sich.
Aber so ust es eben, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte

Non un hotel 4stelle, piuttosto un affittacamere disorganizzato

La posizione, l'ampiezza della camera con salotto enorme in veranda, due televisori, la colazione

Cons:

Bagno pieno di scalini non evidenziati, specie per l'accesso alla doccia, veramente pericolosi! Infatti sono caduta per fortuna senza danni. La mancanza di ascensore. La dotazione misera del bagno :(solo due asciugamani, una sola saponetta) il materasso scomodo, un piccolo piumino da una piazza in un letto enorme (la camera era uso singola), niente bollitore. Ma soprattutto luce dalle finestre con tapparelle rotte! Quando ho chiesto una soluzione mi è stato risposto che era impossibile, ho dovuto staccare un quadro dal muro ed appoggiarlo davanti alla finestra per ripararmi parzialmente.
Molto scomodo check in e check out, fatto dai camerieri tra un piatto e l'altro che correvano a servire a tavola, dopo lunghe attese in piedi con le valigie in uno stretto passaggio tra la cucina e le sale da pranzo, dove ostacolavamo il passaggio dei camerieri! Non c'è una hall, l'accesso alle camere avviene da un passaggio angusto che conduce ai piani tramite una scaletta tortuosa. Molto difficile anche trovare la struttura, manca un' insegna, all'indirizzo indicato c'è solo un ristorante. Infatti secondo me non solo non è un hotel a 4 stelle, ma nemmeno un vero hotel. Al massimo un affittacamere assolutamente privo di organizzazione. Dell'hotel a 4 stelle ha solo i prezzi, davvero esorbitanti!
