NOTHING
Worst experience ever, This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were dirty. The switches were broken, appliances were not working, taps and bathroom fittings were rusty or broken, there was lizard in the bathroom, cockroaches were spotted,AC was not working, The electricity went twice. The 2nd time electricity went out, we had to leave the hotel at 12 midnight. Customer service was poor. The receptionist was damn right rude. Other guests were also complaining about mosquitoes.
Ambience Lush green nature Yoga studio everything...
Nothing as such...
Dear Service Provider,
I am sharing some serious and sincere feedback about Sunderban based on my last experience at the place (Sunderban). Feedback points as follows :
1. I invited a few close friends of mine for a short-duration celebration (no overnight stay of any kind), but the manager of Sundarban behaved so weirdly and asked my friends to leave.
2. They have a non-written policy which they keep on changing (as per their convenience and choice) that nobody can go to a guest's room for any reason until they pay some hefty amount ( it doesn't matter if they stay for the night or not, but they have to pay or else they can't visit).
3. Their policies are unclear and not mentioned anywhere.
4. I was there to celebrate something, but they spoiled my mood. It wasted my energy and time, so it is the case of harassment.
5. The manager of Sundarban is non-professional and impolite.
6.I am one of the high-net-worth customers ( please check my profile and history) but such experience proves that it doesn't matter to you and Sunderban.
7. They kept on arguing without showing their policies, which is unethical.
8. I had to go for another option, which led to two payments for one night (one for the Sundarban room and another payment for a different hotel ).
9. Sunderban charges too much but still has no respect or sensitive approach towards customers.
