I booked a standard room thinking it was what I have ordered the last two years. It wasn’t I was place in their standard room the only thing good about the room was the view. The room was small toilet inside the shower, no closet to hang up clothes. It was the worse place to stay at 50+ US dollars a night. I asked the person at the front desk if I can upgrade and she said they were full. I talked to George when he came to work and he upgraded me to a much better room which I was very happy with even if it was more money. I most likely will not ever stay there again. So we went down the street and rented a room for nine days at a lower price and same quality of the place I was updated.

The room was small and the bathroom was Asian style (toilet in the shower room). But it was comfortable. But what made the trip awesome was the location (literally on the beach) and the view from the floor to ceiling windows. Close enough to nightlife without being too noisy and plenty of stuff to do nearby. The pool was really nice and so was the rooftop bar. Definitely had a really great stay here.

As I had credit through my booking app the room was excellent as it only cost me £22 for 3 nights I got £88 saving , it even had sea view from room and rooftop pool has great views of Pattaya beach front , excellent location , 3 minutes walk to beach about 10 to walking street , would definitely stay again

Don't believe the poor reviews!
Pros:

I was hesitant to book this hotel based on some poor reviews but the location was perfect so I booked anyway and I'm glad I did. It was at a central location on the beach with many shops and bars to left and right. I upgraded the room to deluxe beach view and it was awesome! There was a balcony, it was super clean, it was a pretty big room, the staff was friendly, the wi-fi was good and the air conditioning worked too good. You need the key in it to work but to my surprise, the cleaning lady placed an extra key in it for me (she got a nice tip). It had a safe, rooftop (or higher up) pool was nice and the rooftop bar was also great. I would highly recommend but make sure to do the upgrade for very little extra.
