C’est loin d’être le grand luxe.
Bien juste pour dormir et sortir.
L’hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques pas du tramway.
Personnel au top et petit dej inclus qui remonte la note.

The front desk staff were amazing all the three of them were supper friendly and helpful, they go out of there way to help, I would like to thank all of them, the property is old specially the bathroom of the room we stayed in .
the breakfast was good with some variety compared to the price .

I don't recommend this hotel. It looks good on the pictures but that's just pretend. The place is falling apart. Everything is outdated. The AC / heat barely worked. Lamp had exposed wires. Caulking was non existent. There was mold in the bathroom. I stayed in Turkey for 10 days in a different hotel each night, and the breakfast was the worst in that hotel. I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come back to the reception desk (middle of the afternoon). It's off a mainstreet, which is great, but the street it's on isn't the best. Big trash containers a couple of foot away from the main door, with the sidewalk full of trash (and you can smell it when you open the window).

Hotel comodo, puoi andare in quasi tutti i posti di interesse artistico e storico a piedi.
Un po’ di manutenzione sarebbero utile.

Buena ubicación pero muy pocas comodidades
Pros:

La ubicación era ideal. La zona muy céntrica. Lamentablemente las instalaciones no eran muy buenas y muy ruidosas
También nos dijeron que no teníamos aire acondicionado porque normalmente lo habilitaban para familias con niños.
Creo que no repetiremos este hotel

Hôtel très bien placé !!!
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour faire à pied sainte Sophie, Topkapi, mosquée bleue et le grand bazar.
Un arrêt de tram est à 2 min à pied ainsi qu'une épicerie, très pratique !
En ce qui concerne les chambres, elles mériteraient d'être rénovées, petites surtout pour 4 personnes

A wonderful hotel & staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. I was unfortunately scammed by a taxi driver in Turkey, and even though the hotel had nothing to do with my taxi booking, the staff sincerely apologized and showed great concern. One of the staff members even lent me his Istanbul card for train and bus rides when I asked how to buy one—such kindness is rare! I’m beyond satisfied with everything. The best staff, the best service, and the perfect location—just 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque. Highly recommend!

Hotel cómodo y cerca de muchos puntos turísticos

Fuimos 3 parejas, hemos elegido este hotel por cercanía a los puntos turísticos que nos interesaban. Si lo que buscas es un hotel de lujo, este es muy normalito, calidad precio esta bien. Los chicos de recepción muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Servicio de limpieza a diario, cambio de toallas etc. El desayuno pues obviamente no es de 3, 4 o 5 estrellas, hemos desayunado dos días, los demás días lo hicimos fuera ya que habían muchos lugares y cosas que queríamos probar.
