Έπειτα από ένα πρόβλημα που είχε προηγηθεί κατά την διαμονή μας είχαμε άμεση ανταπόκριση και επίλυση του προβλήματος μας πράγμα που δείχνει τον επαγγελματισμό τους με αποτέλεσμα να μείνουμε χαρούμενοι. Σίγουρα θα τους ξανά προτιμήσουμε ( καθαριότητα ποιότητα τιμή 👍🏻)

Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, the staff kindly made arrangements for us to access our room, which we really appreciated.

The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everything was organized and comfortable, making our stay even more pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Se non avete l'esigenza, non lo prendete. Escluso il parcheggio, davvero deludente.

La possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto e una disponibilità, che non ho utilizzato, di andare oltre l'orario previsto.

Innanzi tutto non era segnalata la mancanza di ascensore, la stanza al secondo piano con l'ultima scala davvero pesante. L'ho scelto per il grande sconto che era proposto su booking, penso di aver pagato la camera il giusto. Immaginavo servizi davvero migliori, la camera è piccola e molto fredda. Vero, a Roma c'erano 5 gradi in quei giorni e non c'era la coperta ma un leggero piumino. Alla mia richiesta, intorno alle 18.00 di poter avere una coperta in più mi è stato detto di accendere il condizionatore. Io l'ho acceso per riscaldare la stanza durante la mia assenza ma era rumoroso e la notte non aiutava a dormire. L'indomani mattina ho chiesto la coperta alla recpition e al mio rientro ho trovato, per terra ai piedi del letto, una leggero piumino imbustato. Nemmeno la cortesia di farmi trovare il letto pronto con la seconda coperta. Il bagno è deludente, la doccia vecchia e non agile all'ingresso per un oversize come me. La colazione, i cornetti erano di qualità secondaria, non c'era la possibilità di salato, c'era una macchina a gettoni per il caffè e cappuccino. Per fortuna funzionava senza inserire i soldi.

Очень хорошая локация,все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Чистота в номере. Приятный персонал, бесплатный кофейный автомат. Бесплатный сладкий завтрак.

Темные стены в номере,но это не мешало нам отдыхать.

Stanza singola con bagno minuscolo, impossibile soggiornarvi per più di una notte. Arredamento usurato, porte scrostate e rovinate dall'acqua. Illuminazione non funzionale.

Pros:

Cercania al evento, la amabilidad de la recepcion aunque sea solo de 7:00 a 15:00. Dejar las maletas sin pagar. La limpieza correcta.

Cons:

La apertura de puertas con el movil, demasiada dependencia del movil. No se, si te roban el movil o te quedas sin bateria como se puede solucionar cuando vas solo.
La habitacion muy pequeña, no tiene ascensor en la planta, la television muy pequeña y se desconectaba continuamente. El baño tambien muy pequeño, aunque la ducha era correcta. En mi opinion, aunque las incidencias se resuelven por WhatsSap prefiero el contacto directo con la recepcion. Precio muy caro, para lo que ofrecen, se nota que el evento de la Maraton de Roma hizo que subieran el precio
