Excellent stay
Pros:

Efficient check in, clean large room, quiet, location excellent, still holds a lot of old world charm. Breakfast out of this world.

Not a place for sleep.
Pros:

The food was good but limited choice.

Cons:

Constant music from 6:30am to most days 4am. Impossible to get any decent sleep and this was a 3 day weekday stay not a weekend stay. Poor access for people with any mobility issues with steps everywhere even when the lift was used.

Pros:

I feel as if I was in a different hotel after reading these reviews. The rooms were clean and the location is great. The weather was exceptionally hot and the room was like an inferno. The hotel cannot control the weather. The noise from the pubs below kept us up as well. The staff barely acknowledged our presence when we checked in and never smiled; not necessarily a minus, but not the positive that others experienced. The only meal we did not enjoy during our 16 day stay in Ireland was here. We concluded that our meals appeared to be microwaved leftovers. We were disappointed. The hotel was adequate but not what we were expecting.

Tout de même un bon séjour vu l’emplacement et le personnel très sympathique
Pros:

L’emplacement, la qualité dé l’accueil très serviable et chaleureux

Cons:

La literie. Les lits penchaient et nous avons dû mettre des coussins d’un côté pour ne pas verser sur le côté. Le repas de qualité moyenne. Burger sec.

It was ideal for us in respect of proximity to town and for our onward journey
