A great place to spend a 103rd birthday
Pros:

Very friendly relaxed staff, super helpful, obliging, efficient chatty and good fun. Excellent food and drink available any time you want it. Relaxed checkout time. Beautifully appointed rooms. Excellent parking. Nice and close to city centre.

Kilkenny is a wonderful place to explore!
Pros:

Very friendly reception. We loved the location - easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit - easy parking.

Cons:

Comparative to our other hotels we stayed in on this trip, this was the most expensive and least satisfactory. The rooms were not so comfortable and bathrooms old fashioned. Breakfast was disorganised (staff were friendly and helpful) and the breakfast buffet could do with a rethink.

Great place to spend a few nights!
Pros:

Very comfortable bed.. very clean.
Great breakfast.
Staff couldn’t have been nicer and were very obliging.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. I highly recommend you stay here

Amazing :)
Pros:

It was a perfect location and the room was exceptional :) it was very clean and all the staff were very helpful. We didn’t originally book breakfast but paid when we was there and that was lovely with lots of choices. I will definitely book this hotel again.
