Suprisingly lovely stay in the heart of Kilkenny
Pros:

Really nice stay. Found breakfast lovely, they gave us a lovely room for our first break away with kids. One small thing, I reserved the room with my laser card and if I didnt have a credit card I would have to pay a 50pp deposit immediately after booking. When booking for 6 it would have been difficult. The Bar area was lovely. Staff were very friendly.

Excellent hotel, good location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, rooms were perfect for our needs. UPdated modern bathrooms. At first we thought teh location woudl be too far away from the center of activity (Temple Bar), but it was two blocks from DART train, which served our b=needs well. The staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful with any of our needs (directions, restaurant recomendations, etc). Great value for the money.
