Horrible, scam, the worst, not 5 star at all, nightmare

That the gym was good that’s all

Cons:

The bed was broken and old, the mattress very bad, pillows bad, the staff was the rudest ever. They overcharge for everything. Breakfast was disgusted. The room was broken and scratches everywhere, not soundproof I could hear everything in the corridor and everything on the street. This is my worst experience ever. My local friend came to visit me in the morning because i accidentally took his medicine with me so when he came to pick it up he only came up to my room and stayed 20min and they charged me 30€ for him just coming up to take his medicine 😂😂
This is NOT a 5 star hotel do not stay at this dirty hotel. The staff is unbelievably rude from the moment you enter. They ignore you and maybe they was homophobic because I felt that.
The lady working night shift with black hair was the best staff and had such a good manner and energy she was the only good thing about this trashy hotel.
Currently I am at “Park In By Radisson hotel” and this is standard 4 star hotel and let me tell you that this hotel looks 10x better then that fake 5 star hotel, that hotel dossi dosso is a scam.
I don’t know how they got their 5 star approved but that is NOT 5 star and trust me I know because I am from Sweden, but living in Spain so I know what 5 star is.
This really ruined my trip and I cancelled my second stay at dossi dosso because that was the worst experience in my life.

Към хотела няма паркинг.Служителите пред хотела ми казаха да се оправям и сам да си търся къде да паркирам.Леко подигравателно.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Spa-Bereich.
Riesiges Badezimmer mit sehr geräumiger Dusche und separater Badewanne.
Sehr nettes und hilsbereites Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Keller des Gebäudes.
Speisen und Getränke im Hotel sind sehr teuer.
