Real favorite stay
Pros:

The best choice that i made for my trip in Istanbul. Breakfast is good and varied . Room is excellent. Location is excelent too (calme and well served)

Exceptional Service and Hospitality, Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dosso Dossi SPA Downtown hotel. From the moment I arrived, despite the disruptions to my flight, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. My arrival was delayed due to the flight cancellations at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and the hotel kindly adjusted my reservation without any hassle. They even offered me an additional night at no extra cost to make up for the lost time. The hotel's location is fantastic—perfectly positioned to easily explore Istanbul's most famous historical sites, yet the hotel maintains an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The quality of service was exceptional, truly five-star, with a great breakfast to start the day.
The standout moment, however, was the amazing professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially the young manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and taken care of during my stay. Their dedication to providing the best possible service truly made a difference in my overall experience.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Every aspect of my experience at the Dosso Dossi SPA Downtown was positive, and I couldn't have asked for more in terms of service, comfort, or hospitality.

للاسف تجربة مريرة - من البدايه ساحكي — تم اظطررانا فتره طويله قبل اقدر اسوي شيك ان - و بعد ذلك اكتشف ان كل التوصيلات مالها منافذ كهرباء مناسبه و لم يتعاون الفندق معاي باي شكل من الاشكال - يوجود منفذ كهرباء واحد قريب من التلفزيون لا يعمل بشكل جيد اظطرريت اني اشحن جوالي بعيد عني - يعني ماقدر اشحن الجوال و انا في السرير نهائيا - الفندق هذا بعيد عن الترام المهم T 1 و هو اهم ترام في اسطنبول — تخيل اني امشي مسافه يوميا رايح جاي عشان اوصل لها شي متعب و مرهق — الذي يعمل في الرسيبيشن رجل غريب التصرفات و يراقبني بشكل مستفز و حتى اني احاول اتجاهله لا ينفع معاه - طلبت تكون غرفه ابنتي بجنبي و تم ابلاغ الفندق هذا الطلب قبل فتره طويله وقت الحجر لم يتم تنفيذ ذلك — الاثاث متهالك و احتمال يطيح باب الدولاب فوقك — ايه و على فكره يوجود تامين تدفعه 100دولار على كل غرفه يعني انا دفعت 200دولار و ياليت الموضوع بهذي السهوله لقد اخذ علي تحويل الى الدولارت مبلغ يفوق 200ريال — اما الفطور فممل و لا جديد فيه —- زرت تركيا كثير لكن مثل هذي التجربه المخيبه للامال لم ارى —
