Food was acceptable for money we pay.
The beach was very close from hotel.
I was disappointed from the first look of hotel, he didn't look as 4 stars hotel and interior confirmed that. Every part of furniture from room was very old and lots of parts not functional. It was very hard to close or open door from wardrobe, safe deposit box broken, doors from bathroom had some paper band to not see how used they are, non-existent soundproofing in the room, we can hear everything from outside and inside of hotel. Another issue was with sun lounges on the beach, we had only 2 sun lounges per room, even we was 2 adults and 1 child with age 13 which is considered adult. For the third sun lounger with umbrella we need to pay 14 BGN extra per day.
Great pool and very shirt distance to beach and sea.
Very old communist-era hotel and rooms with iron smell and yellow color current water. Very poor and not diversified food.
Excellent location, beach and seaside. Polite stuf. Clean hotel.
Need of renovation
The staff was very kind, giving us all the information about the hotel, the meals, the beach and the swimming pools,
The food was excellent, many dishes and for all the tastes!
The room was big enough for 2 adults and one child.
The water in the pool was clean and the construction of the pool was child friendly,
The position of the hotel next to the beach.
Not so many attractions for the children.
The air conditioner was making a lot of noise, on the terrace the smell in the night was a nightmare, even though the room was recently renovated the furniture was old,
There is nothing to like except for the location
The hotel needs urgent renovation.
There are only a few rooms which have been renovated, but the rest of the hotel is trapped in time. This could be a wonderful hotel, if renovated
We were transferred to Kaliakra
Terrible hotel, not worth the money
All good only cleaning verry bad
Location, Hotel is very close to the beach.
Cleaning leaves something to be desired. The towels were not changed until our request. The sheets have never been changed.
Pool area was nice.
Food was old, dry and a few times mouldy, internet service dreadful, room was dirty, we asked it to be cleaned, and we just got a change of towels. The hotel is definitely not 4 stars, it's outdated and very dirty.
We all had a great time, great location.
This hotel has not been renovated since the 80's! Rooms were shabby, beds uncomfortable, bathroom amenities non-existent, awful smell from the drain and shower not working properly. Parking is crowded, not regulated and pretty much street parking. If you've paid online there is a huge chance your pmt was not showing in their system. The only advantage is the proximity to the beach, not coming back.
