Pros:

W dniach 8-23.082025 byliśmy w Albenie, hotel Kaliopa. Pobyt wyśmienity. Pokój bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Plaża koło 50m od zakwaterowania, baseny z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Pracownicy recepcji mili i uprzejmi. Polecamy każdemu kto chciałby beztrosko wypocząć. Serdecznie dziękujemy panu Wasilinowi za wszechstronną , bezinteresowną pomoc w naprawie naszego samochodu . Jeszcze raz serdecznie dziękujemy.

Един от най добрите хотели в Албена
Pros:

Престоят ни в хотел Калиопа, Албена ни увери,че звездите на хотела не са определящи за качеството на услугата.
Хотелът е разположен на първа линия,само на метри от брега,с обширна свободна зона и включени за всяка стая 2 шезлонги и чадър.Стаите са достатъчно широки,особено банята.Подовата настилка е с плочи,което прави поддръжката по лесна.Много чисто във всички части на хотела,всекидневно изнасяне на боклука и подменяне на кърпите.
Особено добро впечатление прави усмихнато и отзивчивостта отношение на персонала,бяхме настанени веднага при пристигането си,а при заминаване има стая,в която може да се остави багажа.
Закуската е в съседния хотел Марибу .Към хотела има ресторант с прекрасна гледка към морето и добър асортимент.
С удоволствие бихме избрали отново хотел Калиопа за почивка.

Chambre confortable en front de mer avec bonne demi-pension
Pros:

Chambre climatisée, propre et confortable avec 2 lits simples et une grande salle d'eau (douche qui n'inonde pas toute la salle d'eau) ; petit balcon face à la plage.
Structure de taille raisonnable.
Belle et grande piscine.
En front de mer, avec relax et parasol gratuits à partir de la 3ème ligne.
Demi-pension (bonne) dans un restaurant à côté, boissons incluses.

Cons:

Parking payant dès l'entrée dans Albena.
Pas de place de parking forcément disponible à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel.
Hôtel un peu vieillot.
Repas du soir à prendre le plus tôt possible pour avoir du choix en dessert surtout. Le restaurant semble marcher avec plusieurs hôtels : beaucoup de monde.

Pros:

Чистый, уютный номер. Плюсом было наличие электрической плиты, кухонных принадлежностей в апартаментах. Кровати с хорошим матрасом. Вид с балкона сразу на бассейн и на пляж. 2 бассейна - маленький детский, и взрослый, глубиной 1,3м. Вода была теплая в обоих. С бассейна сразу можно выйти на пляж. Завтрак, включенный в стоимость, был отличный - широкий выбор продуктов, овощи, фрукты, выпечка. Также на территории у бассейна есть отличное кафе, в котором можно пообедать и поужинать за адекватные цены.

Cons:

При выходе с номера пропадал свет и не работал холодильник и кондиционер

Pros:

Hotel location close to the beach. Friendly people working within hotel. I recommend hotel for families with children. After circa 22:00 outside bar closes and you have quiet place for sleeping.

Cons:

TV (bad dvbt signal) and refrigerator were not working.

It was nice.
Pros:

The location is perfect. I liked the stairs leading straight to the beach. Food was good.

Cons:

I had bad experience with the barrier of the hotel next to our hotel - did not recognise my plate number, the responsible person didn't answer the phone for half an hour to open the barrier and I had to spend half an hour in the heat to search for a solution. At the parking lot at the beginning the resort only one paystation was working.
