Curățenia, mâncarea diversificată, cafeaua foarte bună.

Cons:

În piscină cam mult nisip, datorită, în principal, lipsei unui duș funcțional lângă aceasta și nu în ultimul rând lipsei de educație a unor turiști.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

This was our second year staying at Hotel Laguna Garden, and we are glad we returned. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located. We were especially happy to see that the food has improved a lot since last year, with more variety and better quality.

Cons:

The water in the kids’ pool was very cold, which made it hard for the children to enjoy. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and we will consider coming back again.

Дуже зручно для відпочинку з дітьми. Близько до моря, чистий пісок.
Pros:

Класне розташування, перша лінія, великий готель, привітний персонал. Парковка на території готелю платна 15лев, трохи далі на території 10лев.
Різноманітне харчування, мʼясо, риба, мідії, смачне вино.

Cons:

Платна і не дешева парковка.

Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е много добро. Стаите се почистват ежедневно, но обикновено по време на следобедната почивка. Кърпите се сменят всеки ден. Има голям избор от десерти. Плодовете са сезонни и хубави. Ако човек не е претенциозен, може да си изкара приятна бюджетна семейна почивка.

Cons:

За втори път посещаваме хотела и за съжаление нещата не са се подобрили, а напротив. Хотелът е реновиран, но не се поддържа. Храната е с ниско качество, липсва разнообразие и е безвкусна. Последните няколко дни от престоя ни липсваше кашкавал за закуска. Местата, където се поставят салатите и плодовете миришат на развалена храна. В ресторанта се хранят гостите на два хотела и често има дълги опашки. Персоналът в ресторанта е все така мързелив и неглижира задълженията си, но за сметка на това постоянно клюкарят и се закачат по между си. Басейните не се поддържат, водата е студена и с пясък. Шезлонгите не достигат или са запазени с хавлии целодневно. Зоните около басейна са мръсни и пълни с иглички от дърветата наоколо. Единственото съоражение в детския басейн не е ремонтирано и се спира от спасителя в 17.00 ч. въпреки че басейните се охраняват до 18.30 ч. Въпреки че се полагат чадъри и шезлонги на плажа, трудно може да се хване хубаво място. Служители от плажа също поставят дреха или кърпа на шезлонгите и ги освобождават за платен достъп. Анимацията за деца се ограничава до рисуване върху лица. Аниматорите си ровят в телефоните. Вечер има детска дискотека в съседния хотел, но не сме я посещавали.
