Hotel Orchidea Park All Inclusive

Проживали в Орхидее Парк с 06 по 20 августа 2019 года. Первый раз были в этом отеле (ещё носившем название Аврора) в свадебном путешествии в 1999 году. Сразу скажу тогда, несмотря на отсутствие All Inclusive, приятных впечатлений от отеля было намного больше чем сейчас. Но обо всём поподробнее. Забегая вперёд, хочу сказать, что на протяжении 2-х недельного проживания УБОРКА В НОМЕРЕ НЕ ПРОИЗВОДИЛАСЬ НИ РАЗУ!!! Приехали мы в 7 утра, нам выдали браслеты и сообщили что заселение будет в 14 часов, что в принципе было известно. Но придя к назначенному сроку к ресепшн, мы с удивлением обнаружили там помимо толпы заселяющихся администраторшу, которая на смеси всех языков лепетала, что МЕСТ НЕТ??? Сразу скажу, мы путешествуем без турфирм и номер был полностью оплачен ещё в феврале этого года. На возмущение заселяющихся появился ещё один администратор, который смог сдвинуть дело с мёртвой точки, номера стали с трудом находиться, иногда в соседней Магнолии, нам же достался 213 номер. Номер был очень плохо убран к заселению пыль, волосы, бутылка под кроватью, но мы устав не стали особо придираться. По прошествии двух дней, видя отсутствие приборки, пошёл на ресепшн где получил ответ, что уборка проводится раз в три дня (на сайте указана ЕЖЕДНЕВНАЯ). Ещё через два дня вместо уборки получил предложение на ресепшн поменять полотенца и взять туалетную бумагу, с трудом заставил выбросить мусор (персонал вообще, если что не так включает "моя твоя не понимай").

C est un tres grand complexe spacieux composé de plusieurs bâtiments et restaurants et piscines de toutes les tailles, entouré de parcs verdoyants, aires de jeux et de tennis... plusieurs hall ou salons...cependant tous les espaces sont vétustes et délabrés, ca aurait besoin d un cpup de peinture partout et de réparations car paves et sols ainsi qu escaliers un peu partout...c est vraiment dommage...car chambres plutôt spacieuses et fonctionnelles mais rarement nettoyees

The Albena resort is wonderful place - vast sandy beach, shallow warm water and clean resort streets and parks. Lots of green trees to keep your from the hot sun. Nature has certainly been generous to this place.
Unfortunatelly that's it.
The Orhidea park hotel is an appalling place to stay - very worn out hotel in absolutely all aspects, crowded and dirty.
The all inclusive program is no worth, the restaurant is outside the hotel, serving the people from three neighbouring hotels, we had to wait and almost fight with others for clean forks, food and place to sit. Let alone we were there with a six year old kid.
The personnel are doing their job to the best of their abilities, but unfortunatelly that cannot compensate for all the downsides of the hotel - too many to list all of them here. I'd strongly advise to choose another place for your stay.

The hotel is old but nice, the staff are friendly and can speak English, Russian, Bulgarian. The food is what you can expect from a Bulgarian all inclusive - more quantity over quality. There was always two-three tasty dishes we could have but the majority of things were not that amazing. Getting a beer during lunch/dinner was almost impossible.
The hotel is a bit far from the beach. It's a 10 min walk from the hotel to the beach but reaching the area on the beach designated for the hotel (where the beach loungers and the umbrellas are) takes another 10 min walk along the beach. There is a shuttle service but it's infrequent.
There is a restaurant close to the beach where you can get free snacks and drinks which is great. However, getting a beer took 40 min waiting on a queue. We just ended up buying instead which is not what you expect from an all inclusive package.
