Disappointing strictly regarding housekeeping.
Pros:

I like the convenience of staying at Breakers. We like the variety of food options and pools.

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned. Even after calling the front desk 3 times to let them know ants were in our room. There was no sense of urgency. After the 3rd time someone came to remake the beds but did not clean anything else. Only replenished the shower towels that was it. Also the property WiFi kept kicking us off.

I am not sure if I would even come back.

old facilities no enough AC outlets. the bathtup drainage was terrible made the bathtup full during a bath. few information on the location of the rooms. rude attendants. all food extremelly expensive. the service on the Fridays Restaurante was terrible. I end up coming back earlier. lost one day. Not worth for the value I paid.

We loved it so much we are already planing to come back for our yearly summer family vacation
Pros:

I loved that every day they would come in and clean and change our towels without us needing to call service for new fresh towels. I loved that everything was walking distance. Everyone was so helpful kind and friendly

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was just the high price in the restaurants on one of them I was charged double tip and service fee on top of it. I felt like it was a bit much almost 150$ just in tips and service fee.

Pros:

It was close to Cedar point

Cons:

The room was not properly clean. We ran out of toilet paper And soap because there wasn’t any in the bathroom so when the person brought it to us, they threw it at the door. That’s how we knew it was there because the Because there was a bang when the soap hit the door

Solo merece la pena por la ubicación
Pros:

Solo la ubicación, está al lado del parque de atracciones, puedes entrar una hora antes y salir del parque y volver a entrar si quieres descansar

Cons:

Está viejo, no demasiado limpio, masificado y encima no te hacen la habitación, solo nos cambiaron las toallas. El baño es demasiado pequeño

Cons:

Room had old fast food in the fridge that didn’t work and was moldy. Also a random tank top in the corner that was never cleaned up. Black stains on the ceiling. No complimentary coffee in the room. For 400bucks a night.. location to the park isn’t worth it.

Pros:

The trip was for my son’s birthday, he enjoyed the pools, beach and the Cedar Point.

Cons:

I asked had requested for an upgrade and special birthday accommodation, they were but able to accommodate neither request.

Positives outweigh the negatives and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location, location, location…Beds comfortable, and clean rooms. Staff was very accommodating.. long line for check in, but they were short staffed that day….once at the counter, was given wonderful service.. Lots of parking and assistive help with luggage if necessary. Hotel is very large. Nice pool, work out area, on-site restaurants. Refrigerator, microwave and safe in the room. Boardwalk that runs to a special entrance into Cedar point.. +1 hour early admission and easy in and out if you want to go back to the hotel for rest. Marina also very close to catch ferry to outer islands.

Cons:

Very pricey …no amenities like water or coffee/tea pot. The way the wings are set up, It can be difficult to find the elevator…. it’s a very long walk within the hotel to the front desk or to parking…
