Horrible Communication
Cons:

We had a reservation and reached out over a month in advance to cancel it. We tried reaching them through Booking.com and never heard back. We called multiple times and couldn't get anyone on the phone. We emailed them and got no response. Finally, they texted us the day of the check in asking if we were still coming. We responded explaining the situation and they never responded again, never cancelled our reservation, and never reimbursed us.

First time staying here and very much enjoyed the experience.
Pros:

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would stay again.

Cons:

Parking was tight due to snow and ice.

Great place, great free breakfast and a very good deal
Pros:

Room was Terrific
Large king bed and hot tub were especially appreciated
Better breakfast than expected with hot food (eggs and bacon)

Decent Place, Good Value
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast selection despite the fact the hotel seemed rather empty. Overall good value for cost.

Cons:

Poor installation of bathroom floor tile causing cracked and loose tiles. Overpowering smell from Glade plug in.

Comfortable stay, excellant price!
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Having breakfast included was a bonus. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the Jackson Nordic Ski center and easy drive to the outlets in North Conway.

Cons:

The heat was a little funny. We had to turn the thermostat up to 75 degrees F to make it comfortable. I'm used to a 68 degree house. Once we figured this out, it was fine.

Pros:

Отличная локация, в прямой доступности к основным лыжным и хайкинговым тропам. Теплые, просторные комнаты, удачно спланированные, с завораживающим видом на горы. Хорошая звукоизоляция, спокойная и доброжелательная атмосфера. Отличный завтрак.

Cons:

Не недостатки, а, скорее стиль, который может не всем подходит. От отеля не стоит ожидать массы развлечений и суперсовременного оборудования.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Very fresh, hot foods, wonderful variety!

the room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The whole property is immaculate inside and out
Pros:

Jackson is a beautiful, quaint village, where the Lodge is located . There are many excellent dining opportunities at the various ends located across the street. There is excellent cross country skiing across the street . Five minutes to Black Mountain for downhill skiing, which was available Thanksgiving weekend for very reasonable price!
