Pros:

The Lodge is the very best
Pros:

This is our 5th trip to the Lodge at Jackson Village. Staff is friendly and helpful to start with. Rooms are spacious and ultra clean. Plenty of parking and close to everything in the area. Breakfast is great with the coffee being especially good. The Lodge is also a very quiet place to get a great night's rest. My wife and I highly recommend the Lodge and we're already looking forward to trip number 6 there.

Horrible Communication
Cons:

We had a reservation and reached out over a month in advance to cancel it. We tried reaching them through Booking.com and never heard back. We called multiple times and couldn't get anyone on the phone. We emailed them and got no response. Finally, they texted us the day of the check in asking if we were still coming. We responded explaining the situation and they never responded again, never cancelled our reservation, and never reimbursed us.

First time staying here and very much enjoyed the experience.
Pros:

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would stay again.
