Good location but don’t expect a good costumer service

Cons:

-The Front Desk attendant. He wasn’t rude, but little to none costumer service.
He also was trying to charge us for our service dog. We had to showed him the service dog ID per his request. He said he will call someone to confirm we don’t get charged.
He seemed annoyed to have us in the hotel with the dog from the very beginning (our dog is well trained and doesn’t bark or make noises at all).

-Mattress was so soft that we ended having back pain.

I will never go back there.
Cons:

Heating was not fonctionning, we were freezing all night, sleepless night it ruined our stay. Breakfast was bare minimum.
