Hard, hard to find. No real services offered, basic here is your room. What was fun was in next room screaming kid through out the night.

Then in the am and all day noisy atvs all needing mufflers.
It was close to beach, but no view of.

Front desk people are not welcoming and could care less for your needs and comfort !
This place does not provide body soap and shampoo , saw a few roaches !

Friendly staff. Nicely located near beach and restaurants and everything.

Everything related to plumbering needed some freshness... Also the parking was not too convenient, but not worse than every place in Santa Teresa.

My reservation did not exist. The property was full and I was left with no place to stay in a foreign country. Not sure if this was expedia or property error, but was awful experience.

Was not impressed with check in staff...had no clue what was going on. Could not find confirmation number..wanted to charge more. Went to a different hotel as not worth the hassle.

Stay was great, super close to the beach, perfect location to walk and surf

Everything was perfect during our stay. Location couldn't be more convenient a few steps from the beach. Large rooms equipped with air condition, kitchen, porch and a hammock! Beautiful chill put and pool area perfect for relax after a long day

Otroligt slitet och nedgånget. Trasigt kakel i princip hela polen. Dålig luftkondetionering och i övrigt i stort behov av renovering.

We were so disappointed that we left a day early. This hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is not. There is very little service, the room did not even have towels when we arrived. We requested towels and received very worn towels. We requested some hand towels and received a rag. Had this been listed as a 2 star hotel, I would not be as harsh on this review. However, for the price we paid I do not feel we received the service or the quality that we had at other hotels of a similar price range. The pictures are not accurate.

While there is a kitchen available, there are no supplies for washing any dishes - such as towels or soap.

We did not have any cleaning service because they "only clean if we are there". Which is crazy, we don't want to wait around to have our room cleaned while we are on vacation.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They got us surfboards, lessons, rental bicycles, rental quads, and give us very good and insightful advice about what to do in the area. Great experience, ended up staying longer than originally planned.

Beautiful area. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving though. A lot smaller in real life!!

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It's a 1 minute walk down to the ocean where there's a great sunset view. Room was super clean and I had a hammock on the front porch of my first floor room. Hardly anyone else on the property since it was off season. I'd totally stay here again on my next visiti to Santa Teresa.

Had a very large and comfy room but as they couldn't offer me an option I think it was totally over prized for one person, no breakfast or even welcome water bottle included.

Some staff great, others with an attitude and not really welcoming. No service after 5pm just a guy who was there to keep an eye and he only spoke spanish.

Very dark in the evening! No lights around the pool and I was, the first night was pretty much the only guest, it didn't feel good to walk in the dark.

WiFi worked well outside of the room but not inside. As I was there for 'workation' wifi was crucial for me.

The cleaning was good and most staff pleasant, but whatever info I asked for regarding local buses, taxis etc. They didn't have an answer and I had to check the internet (was their recommendation).

A young girl who worked at the reception daytime was really helpful and professional though - and also when I had forgotten an important item after leaving - she e-mailed to let me know.

Overall - over prized, don't expect service, but clean and convenient if you are i.e 3 ppl to share a room.
