Pros:

Great location, central to many things.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but they did try to put us in the wrong room when we first arrived but the staff was very nice and quickly corrected it.

Pros:

部屋も廊下もとても綺麗。お部屋のロケーションが素晴らしく、眼下にANAホテルのゴルフミニコース、遠くに蒼い海が見えて、石垣をまんま満喫できました。エレベーターがルームキー連動でセキュリティー対策も良し。リニューアル前の限定だったかもしれませんが、朝食サービスがあった事。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりがシステマチックにできた事。靴ずれでバンドエイドを2枚お願いしたら、貼り替え分も考えて5枚頂きました。

Cons:

洗面台にティッシュが置いてなかった事。探してもこれくらいしかありませんでした。

Best hotel in Japan I stayed
Pros:

The best hotel we stayed in Japan. We even got a free upgrade. The beds are super comfy, the room is really spacious for Japan standards, mini fridge and kettle in the room. The free buffet breakfast was excellent with both western and asian options. The staff was really nice and you have free tea, coffee and lemon water all day long.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is pillows were to thin.

雖然離市區有一段路，但是有開車的話都不是問題，走出旅館外面有迴轉壽司店和拉麵店，這兩家店都很多顧客，房間維持的很乾淨窗外的視野也很好，提供的付費洗衣機也維持的很好，看得出來業者有用心經營

Pros:

Everything was really modern and clean. There was a library on the first floor where you can learn about local wildlife and enjoy free drinks after check in. We were also able to rent bicycles to get to the port area for dinner. Breakfast was excellent and staff was amazingly friendly!

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Comfort Hotel, it is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and the free breakfast is a great way to start the day.

スタッフの笑顔が…
Pros:

部屋には寝に帰るだけなので、狭くてもかまわない…と思っていましたが、思ったより余裕があって広く感じました。
とても清潔だったし、快適。

スタッフも笑顔で優しく、1泊目に「明日どう動くか」を相談していたら、いろいろと情報を教えてくださって、とても役に立ちました。

それから、バイキングの朝食がとても美味しかったです。種類も適度な多さで充分。
つい食べ過ぎました

Cons:

無いけど、反対側のお部屋だったら、海側だったのかなぁ？？
まあ、寝に戻るだけなので、かまわないといえばかまわないのですが(笑)

Pros:

12歳以下無料での宿泊、朝食が食べられる事。スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

折り重ね枕を使用しないと、標準の枕が薄い。折り重ね枕の臭いが気になった。
