Pros:

The roof was spacious compared to regular Japanese business hotels. Ee could check in after hours. The night manager was very kind.

静かに過ごせて良かったです。
Pros:

何度かよろずやさんを利用したことありますが、朝食のカレーがやっぱとても美味しくて、朝カレー何度もおかわりしました。チェックインの際に朝食時間は6:45からと言われましたが食事会場が6:30にはオープンしていて、朝早い電車に乗らなければいけなかったので大変助かりました。松本に行く機会がまたあればよろずやさんを予約したいと思います。

Cons:

エアコンのカバーがガタガタと振動して音が発生していたのが気になりました。

過ごしやすいホテルでした

Basic, cost conscious room, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Typical neat, clean, small room with all usual amenities and included breakfast, so good price. Located between train station and Matsumoto castle. I was able to store my luggage with staff before official check in time and they did take my details when I first came. So at check in time I just had to pick up my room card and my luggage was already in my room. Great service.

Cons:

Room was small, so be prepared. I'm tall, so a single bed in Japan, can be a bit small for me, but it was ok. Thin towels. All in one bathroom is small, but you get used to it in Japan. Breakfast is basic, but for free, so can't really complain.

Pros:

The receptionists, especially the man, really go all out to provide the best service! And the room is one of my favourite stay in Japan. Though it's simple, it has all we need.
