Pros:

La chambre était très propre, belle et spacieuse. Le lit était confortable et l’ambiance générale de la chambre était agréable. Le personnel restait gentil et serviable malgré la difficulté de communication.

Cons:

Un bruit constant provenant de la chaudière située au dernier étage était présent en permanence. Ce bruit de fond, similaire à un aspirateur, était particulièrement dérangeant, surtout la nuit. De plus, le personnel ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui obligeait à utiliser des applications de traduction pour communiquer.

I was comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast and the comfort of the room. It was sunny and bright with a view!

Cons:

The brown duvet covers are so 1970s! Time for a refresh with new happier colors and not squeaky yucky polyester.
The pillows were lumpy and too hard.
The bathroom was difficult to enter. It would be nice to have a grab bar.

Big room nice big window nice staff comfy bed and great location

Elevator was kind of weird it can close on you slam into you and then it will open after hurting you, needs fixing

駅からも近くてとても良かったです。
Pros:

お部屋がキレイでした。
朝ごはん 美味しかったです。
松本城にも歩いて行ける距離で良かったです。

Cons:

ナイトガウンがありましたがワンサイズしかなくちょっと窮屈で着れませんでした。
小袋になってる化粧水や乳液などがあると良いなって思いました。
