Small room
Pros:

Location.. convenient

Cons:

There is a sewage odour in the toilet n room. Otherwise the room is clean though small size. But I think its size can't be 238 sq feet as stated in the selection gallery ..it feels more like 185sq feet. This is the same odor in another hotel in Tokyo I had stayed in 2024. I suspect is a system problem with the hotel not just the selected room.

Fantastic location right next to the station, happy for us to leave bags until check in time

Location is everything. Cheap. Clean. Good food
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Location is right by the bus terminal, train station and taxi stand. So the transport to areas of interest in the city are so convenient. Great staff. Loved the Japanese breakfast
