Good location. Near the KANAZAWA station. Very convenient to move around. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

The lifted step to the bathroom. Not easy for elderly. I have a slipped disc on my back so it is difficult for me to step up and down whenever I use the bathroom.

チェックインの際、1人で受付に並び待っていたら、カウンターのスタッフの方が、なぜか私の後ろに並んでいた方を先に案内していた。チェックアウトかな？と思ったがどうやらチェックインで、もしかしたら、前で受付をしている人と同じグループだと思われたから、声をかけられなかったのか？と少しモヤモヤしていたら、他のスタッフの方が声をかけてくれて（たぶん状況も把握して）丁寧に受付してくださいました。とてもチームワークのよいスタッフさんで、お陰で嫌な気分をせず宿泊できました！値段的に狭い部屋かと思いましたが、とっても広く、二日間の宿泊でしたがお部屋の掃除、タオルの取り替え、水の補充もしてくださいました。駅からも近いですし、次回も金沢に行く際は必ずこのホテルに宿泊したいです。

Cons:

ホテルの問題ではないですが、近くにコンビニが無かったので、ホテルに戻る際、必要なものがある場合は事前に購入した方がいいです。
