とても良かったです
Pros:

雪になってしまいタクシーが捕まらず困っていて、フロントの女性にお話ししたら親切にタクシー抑えてくれ、コーヒーでも飲んでお待ち下さいと優しい言葉をかけて下さいました。とても嬉しかったです。

朝食が美味しかったです。特にチキンカレー。

Cons:

女性用の大浴場の暗証番号ですが、番号を押す画面の使い方がわからず、あたりも暗かったので説明書きも見えづらく、少し悩みました。予め言って頂くか、説明書きを見やすくしてもらったほうが親切かと思います。

とても快適でした。
Pros:

駐車場も広く、車も停めやすくて良かったです。チェックイン時からスタッフさんの対応もとても良く、部屋も綺麗。エアコンも寒すぎず暑すぎず丁度良くてとても快適でした。
大浴場もありとても気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

朝食はレパートリー豊富でとても良かったのですが、ヨーグルトがなく残念でした。
