The staff is really friendly and the spa / massages are very good for the price

The room was clean and there is hot shower.

The bed is not the most confortable but keep in mind this is more of a backpacker type of hotel. If you expect the four seasons this is not the place for you.

You are also right next to Bùi Vien one of the most lively street in Ho Chi Minh (if not the most) so yes you will hear music sometime late at night, it's normal and expected if this is something that will bother you a hotel room in this area is not for you.

Cons:

Dirty sheets, nowhere to hang clothes or plug in kettle, dangerous glass partition (invisible at night) in the very badly designed bathroom. Very thin walls - I could hear next door's conversation and farts.

위치적으로는 볼거리와 먹을거리에 근접하여 좋았습니다.

Cons:

가족과 가기에는 다소 무리가 많아 보였음. 샤워장의 물이 약하게 나오고 화장실 물도 자꾸 고리가 빠져 작동이 잘 되지 않았으며 침대는 매트리스가 푹 주저앉아 매우 불편함. 에어컨도 작동도 잘 되지 못해 매우 더웠습니다.

Decent value and practical location
Pros:

Great location if you're looking for the backpacker action. Staff were very helpful. Arrival check-in and check-out were definitely straightforward. Room and bathroom were pretty spacious.

Cons:

Walking along the hotel's street is super annoying with people blocking the entire sidewalk waiting to board buses all the way down the street. That said, I guess it's not that different from other streets in the city haha. Not for pedestrians. No hot water in the bathroom was a bit of a bummer.

A very beautiful and peaceful place.
Pros:

I truly rested and relaxed here. There is a great bar, and the bartender made me a delicious traditional Vietnamese herbal drink. The dogs and cats are adorable. Thank you for everything.

The worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in

Front reception staff were friendly

Cons:

Dirty, old, smelly, mouldy.
It was genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. I would have checked out and left had I not been so exhausted from a long flight. My clothes and belongings stunk after I had left and all had to be washed although this was the first night of my trip and everything was initially clean- I couldn’t get the smell off my things.
Bed and linen was filthy, springs coming through mattress. No window in room. No shower cubicle- the shower head was above the toilet. I could go on. Just horrendous.
