Value for money (If you're not considering top notch services)
Pros:

Bed and pillow firmness was to my preference and liking. Aircon was cold. Very quiet location due hotel was located slightly out of town, but still safe. Wifi was strong and stable 98% of my stay.

Cons:

Television was pathetic as you were not able to watch anything on it. Don't rely on their TVs.
Floor was dusty and toilet was very run down but was working fine. First impression is dirty and grimy but at least usable.

Pls clean the room properly..
