Okay to stay for a night or two.

Great location, reasonable price, new & clean facilities.
Pros:

We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but if you want an inexpensive place to stage a Busan visit, whether for business or pleasure, convenient to Busan Station, this is an excellent choice. The rooms are sparse but clean, the shower is hot and has good water pressure, the bed and linens were clean and comfortable, and the property is relatively recently remodeled (probably in 2025) so everything is modern and fully functional. If you just need a comfortable, convenient place to sleep & shower and expect to spend the rest of your time in Busan out & about, the Gwangjang Hotel is an excellent choice.

Cons:

Parking is extremely limited. This property is a better choice for those traveling by rail since it is directly across the street from Busan Station. The one amenity that could be amended/improved was morning coffee service. There was an electric kettle, which we did not use. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby.

快適にゆっくり過ごせました
Pros:

釜山駅の真横でアクセスが良く、コンビニや飲食店も近くにたくさんあるので便利でした。
ベッドのリネンも気持ちよく、ぐっすり眠れました。
フロント横のドリンクや電子レンジもありがたかったです。

Cons:

お部屋は少し狭く感じましたが、１人で利用するには便利でした。
ドライヤーの風量が少し弱いのでロングヘアの方は乾かすのに時間がかかるかもしれません。

Ok for a night.
Pros:

It is just across the road from Busan Station so I could walk there. There was a Starbucks to the left and a Starbucks to the right.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. The shower shoes had hairs trapped in them. The wall next to the toilet had unidentified brown muck spilled into the tiles. The room was HOT and the air-conditioned did not work. The window is tiny but it was the only way to cool the room down from the underfloor heating. It was stiflingly hot.

우선 위치가 깡팹니다
부산역 바로 앞이 호텔이라 좋았고 숙소의 컨디션도 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니다 욕실도 넓고 수압도 좋았고 수건도 넉넉히 넣어주셔서 잘 썼습니다

Cons:

아쉬운건 사우나는 남자만 가능하다는 점과 어매니티가 없어서 챙겨오셔야한다는 점 외엔 없습니당!

부산역 최고의 접근성과 청결하고 시설 좋은 객실
Pros:

부산역 바로 앞에 있어서 역까지 접근성이 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 호텔에 삼진어묵도 있어서 필요한 선물 있으면 바로 여기서 사서 가시면 됩니다~ 냄새도 전혀 없었고 시설이랑 객실 깔끔해서 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons:

숙박에 있어서 그다지 큰 문제는 아니었는데 화장실 배수가 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 이거 빼곤 다 좋았습니다.
