The receptionist is not very friendly.
Good location, close to restaurants, airport and sm lanang. Building is newish and clean. Staff is friendly plus there is massage on the 2nd floor.
Air conditioner was not cool enough. There was an opened carton of milk in the fridge.

Location is good. Staff at the reception are nice and helpful.
Breakfast is not as expected, there should be an option of no breakfast or more choices of breakfast. Room is not sound proof. Our room was situated beside the kitchen and the restaurant, where the staff starts working at 530AM, and they start making noise too. It feels like they are just beside you talking the whole time. It was very disturbing.
