本館のスタッフ及びサービスは素晴らしい。

しかし本館前の追加した別館ホテルは、もう一つよくない。
スタッフの中に全くサービス精神がない中年女性がいる。彼女は英語があまり得意ではないようで、客に対して失礼な言動を度々発する。
話をしていると、大変腹がたつ！
今まで何回もこのホテルに泊まっていたが、二度と泊まりたくない！

Worth the money

Tôi đặt phòng tại khách sạn này cho giai đoạn 09/12/2016 - 11/12/2016 , 2 phòng | 2 đêm nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì khách sạn lại báo là đã hết phòng & chuyển chúng tôi qua một khách sạn khác gần đó. Đây là một việc làm không đúng đắn vì chúng tôi đã book, trả tiền & đã được xác nhận qua Expedia. Thế nên, hành động này của khách sạn làm chúng tôi không hài lòng.

We booked for 4 nights at this hotel with hotels.com But no room was avaliable on the first night. Hopefully, the staff was very nice and they rapidly found a temporary one in another hotel nearby.
Victory Hotel is a good choice for the price. We had a delux room and it was clean and comfortable.
But be aware that the neighborhood is great if you want to party. It is very noisy every night. So even if we were at the 4th floor, it was impossible to sleep before 4am... I guess it is the same for every hotel in the area...

Terrible service by Hotels.com + this hotel itself. Zero customer service from hotels.com which ended up utilising the free night (worth $80+) on this room which cost only $30.
Condition of the hotel is terrible. No nothing, bad and uncomfortable bed, noisy environment, oily floor and terrible receptionist. Do yourself a favour - stay away from this hotel. A few more dollars top up could get yourself a world of a difference from another hotel a few steps away.

객실은 사진과 같으나 굉장히 낡았고 시트에 얼룩이 잏는 등 상태가 좋지 못하고요 돈을 더 지불하고 나은 호텔로 가든지 아예 도미토리로 가는게 좋을 듯 합니다.
어중간하게 값어치 못한다고 느낀 호텔이에요.

Located right where the action is, in a quiet sidestreet near bars and restaurants. Hotel offers services like airport transfer, tours and laundry service for OK prices, very easy and you don't have to go out, just have let them make all the calls and arrangements for you, they are happy to do it and it saves you time going around talking to travel agencies. Room was fine, a bit small, but big bed and a bathroom with a completely glass window (covered with privacy plastic to prevent you from seeing your partner going to the toilet). Has a modern feel to it as the hotel is new. Aircon did not work when we got in the room, didnt get very cold, was fixed within 1 hour by the staff calling maintenance and having them come over rightaway. If you want to do a tour of Ho chi minh city, you can walk from this hotel to war museum, presidential palace, notre dame, post office, ben than market and back. The whole loop is about 8km and then you have seen everything! No need for taxi's or cyclo's if you're fit enough!

Die erste Nacht war wegen Überbuchung eine Notfalllösung auf strassenebene und nicht sehr sauber

We booked 2 nights, but we stayed more to try to extend our visa.
Really friendly staff, we spend time with us to discuss about their local culture.
Room was clean with hot water and A/C and Good Wifi.

Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl, das Zimmer ist sehr klein, die Klimaanlage war kaputt, bei dem Empfangsbereich war sehr schmutzig,

hotel bien situé dans le quartier des routards.
Chambre simple mais propre et climatisée, bon rapport qualité prix.
Personnel très accueillant et serviable. nous y avons prolongé notre séjour.
hotel calme mais le quartier étant bruyant, il faut prévoir les boules quies !
