Hôtel très bien situé, agréable

Cons:

La serveuse au p’tit dej , pas de bonjour ni de sourire dommage car le rooftop est chouette et devrez être mieux mis en valeur

Pros:

Výborná poloha v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavních památek. Personál byl velmi příjemný a ochotný. Pokoj byl čistý, tichý a pohodlný. Pro krátký pobyt v Římě je hotel velmi dobrou volbou.

Cons:

Druhý pokoj jsme vůbec nechtěli rezervovat. Kvůli tomu, že jsme cestovali se třetím malým dítětem, nám však rezervační systém automaticky nabízel pouze variantu se dvěma pokoji. Druhý pokoj jsme proto téměř vůbec nevyužili a stejně jsme všichni spali v jedné místnosti. Připlatili jsme tak za prostor, který jsme vůbec nepotřebovali. Bylo by dobré nabídnout i možnost rezervace pouze jednoho pokoje pro rodiny s malými dětmi.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants and coffee shops around. Easy access to transport.
Pros:

Did not use breakfast, preferred to use coffee shops / bakery around. Grocery shop (2 minutes walk) to buy food and usual things you need. Location is excellent (across the street from Vatican) and is 10 minutes walk from Metro station. Room was good for our intention and quiet (good value for money). Secure storage if you arrive early. Regular room service. Reception staff help you with recommendations, problems or getting a taxi (24 hrs).

Cons:

Café da manhã fraco e com muitas coisas que pareciam que eram de 3 dias já no buffet. A moça que atende no café foi deselegante com minha esposa no momento que ela partiu um bolo, porque não queria ele inteiro. No mesmo momento ela chamou a atenção da minha esposa e jogou o restante do bolo na lata de lixo

Perfect hotel!
Pros:

Location was just perfect if you go see the Vatican Museums. It’s 1 minute away. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

Eccellente
Pros:

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Museum per un viaggio di ricerca. Mi sono trovata talmente bene che tornerò con la mia famiglia. In passato abbiamo avuto brutte esperienze a Roma, ma finalmente sono riuscita a trovare un punto di riferimento su cui contare ogni volta che sarò in città. Grazie mille!
