제발 절대로 이곳 선택하지 마세요 체크인 했다가 한시간만에 도저히 냄세와 벌레들 속에서 공포에 떨다 나왔어요

因為出差關係，附件只有這間酒店，但完全不能住人的，房間殘舊，發出陣陣霉味，地板破爛，骯髒，沖涼沒有熱水。本來租住三晚，第二天寧願退房，出外租住的hostel還要比這間酒店好很多

Great hotel, Good price.
Pros:

Is nice hotel to its price, I'm satisfied about its service, include the breakfast and environment, if there has chance to Vietnam next time, I will stay here the same.

it was very good. It's 35 km from HCMC. If you going there for visiting HCM it's not a good idea to going there.

観光目当てなら市内のホテルがいいと思います。
Pros:

ホーチミン市街より車で1時間の距離にあるのでホーチミン観光にはあまり向きません。
もしホーチミンに行きたければタクシーで50万ドン（2500円程度）掛かります。
ホーチミンからタクシーでホテルに帰る時は100%と言っていいほどドライバーはホテルの場所を知らずに辿り着くのに毎晩苦労しました。
スタッフは英語を完璧に話せる人はいなくて少し話せる程度の人と話せない人がほとんどです。
敷地内にほかの飲食出来るような施設があるので（カラオケ？など）それ目当てなら宿泊もありかもしれません。
また、シャワーの圧力は皆無です。
朝食はまぁまぁです。
あとチェックイン時にパスポートを何時間も返してくれなかったのはかなり悪い印象が残りました。
ちなみに周辺に商店街っぽいのはありますが完全に地元の人向けなのでベトナム語を話せないと買い物一つ苦労します。

Very far, there is nothing
Pros:

No other customers, coffee was cold, no activities like gym, massage like it should be. Hotel was very far, there is nothing around hotel. Even taxi driver did not find there. When I came to to room, room were not prepared, there were no towels, water, soap, etc. Staff did not speak english, smell at the room was bad and moldy.

Value for price but settle for less
Pros:

3 days2 night stay in Saigon park resort. The bedsheets has got cigarette hole marks and there are blood stains on the pillow cases. Housekeeping simply made the bed without changing the bedsheet and pillow covers for the following night stay. As the same blood stain and hole marks were still visible on the 2nd night.

A good side is that Staffs were friendly and courteous.

Outside of city, good quiet location
Pros:

The hotel is a long way from the air port but I enjoyed my stay there very much. There is a big swimming pool, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food is inexpensive and very good. The hotel is in a small village/town and the people are very friendly. There are many small markets, shops and restaurants. In the hotel grounds there is a lovely Chinese restaurant. I would stay there again for the peace and quiet.

高級リゾートて感じのホテルでした。
ほとんど日本語が通じません。
スリッパが置いてないのとwifiが使えないのが不満でした。
ホーチミンなど町中のホテルに比べてすごく静かです。
