The location was nice , the room space and the cleanliness were the most comfy .

Cons:

The front liner staff ROSITA was unfriendly , no welcoming smile , no apologize when she made us confused with the booking confirmation ,, she made us almost an hour waiting for the system but no hospitality at all from her .. overall she is not proper being the front liner , another staff was told us that she was tored for the overtime duty … come on we were even more exhausted with our longtrip and we pay our accomodation in advance .

The hotel is centrally located and provides a peaceful atmosphere in a bustling part of Yogyakarta.
Pros:

The main area of the hotel is beautiful, and smells fresh from all the herbs growing throughout the hotel. The rooms have comfortable and large beds.

Cons:

There seems to be a lot of unused space in the hotel, if you have an off day the only spot to really hang out is in your room. I wished they got more chairs and comfortable spots to sit and read a book throughout the hotel.

Pros:

Very ambient place, with a very interesting irrigation system for the greenhouse. I was lucky to see the fire drill too, really exceptional display of readiness.
