Lovely experience and port view well worth the extra money. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Gorgeous superior room with windows looking directly onto the port. Lovely comfortable bed and crisp linen. Excellent location. Good instructions about parking.

Cons:

The restaurant underneath the hotel is not the best. Toilets were filthy and kitchen which you had to pass to use the restrooms looked the same! Avoid! Lots of other lovely spots to eat and have a drink.

Pros:

Amazing location, clean, modern room, good aircon and wifi , very friendly staff.

Cons:

very hot when we went so would have been nice to have a fridge.

A super little hotel in a great location.
Pros:

As the name suggests, the hotel is right on the port, right in the centre of this fabulous little town and harbour. Despite this, the double glazing was very good at keeping out the noise from outside and we slept well on the very comfy super-kingsize bed. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, a decent amount of storage and nice bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning was very good at keeping the room cool despite it being in the mid-30's most days! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we paid for a 12noon check in and the room was ready bang on time. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

No big issues here, the lack of lift may be an issue for the less mobile. The car parking is not an issue directly in control of the hotel but worth noting that the nearest car park is 30 Euros per day and the free car park is 12 - 15 minutes walk away so walking to get the car every day in 30+ degrees was tiring but that's the same for all the hotels in St Martin. As for the hotel itself, no complaints.

Bruits très forts de râclement ( comme si on déplaçait des meubles) dès 9h du matin ( dessus ou dessous ?)

Tres bon séjour je recommande
Pros:

L emplacement est exceptionnel sur le port tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les lits sont confortables et le petit dejeuner était délicieux et copieux. Très bon séjour.

Cons:

Petite remarque d amélioration : étant dans une chambre familiale il manquait des prises électriques pour les deux autres lits.

Hôtel refait à neuf. Très bien situé. Accueil sympathique à la reception

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur. Pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain.

Super séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel parfait avec la climatisation, un parking à 300m gratuit. Il n'y a plus qu'à y mettre la voiture et parcourir l'île à vélo 🚲. C'est, à notre sens, la ville qui vit le plus de l'île.
Merci à la réceptionniste pour sa jovialité 😉, à dans 5 ans.

Cons:

Chambre au 1er étage avec des volets persiennes qui ne permettent pas d'être dans le noir, un peu gênant avec la lumière de la terrasse en pleine nuit parfois allumée.
Prévoir des vrais volets occultants.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre climatisée très agréable donnant sur une terrasse commune et la responsable de l’établissement très sympa !

Cons:

Sèche- cheveux pas très efficace (sèche - cheveux ancienne génération puisque mural). Pas de bouteille d’eau offerte comme on peut le voir parfois dans certains établissements de cette catégorie
