Pros:

Room was a good size and loved the shutters. Reception was very helpful to try and deal with our issue.

Cons:

We arrived to find out our 3 double rooms, 2 of which I expected to have disabled/reduced mobility access, as that was what was advertised on booking.com, were on the 1st and 2nd floor with no lift. We'd seen the hotel before but never entered and didn't know there was no ground floor and no lift. I had 2 sets of elderly parents who couldn't make the stairs so simply they could not stay there even though I had already paid.

The lady on reception was lovely and telephoned the manager but all they could offer was a credit note and I had to go and find and pay for alternative accommodation for them whilst paying the price of 3 rooms for our 1 room.

The description on booking.com gave the impression this would be suitable but according to the lady on reception they carry wheelchairs upstairs? This is not what we were expecting and none of us thought it was acceptable. We had a great time in St Martin but would have Hotel du Port as an option next time.

Vi var der mest for at sove og selvfølgelig opleve byen, og det var meget tilfredsstillende.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var fantastisk og udsigten fra værelset super smuk. Der var rent og pænt og det man havde brug for. Gode parkeringsforhold.
