Struttura molto grande, pulita, accogliente, con piscina e spa, c’era tutto quello che serviva e in una posizione perfetta, 10 minuti per arrivare al biathlon.

Pros:

Un'ottima disposizione degli ambienti all'interno del mini-appartamento. Zona giorno che prospetta sul comodissimo balcone e le montagne e la valle di fronte. Molto silenzioso. Completissimo nella dotazione da cucina (a parte l'assenza di lavastoviglie). Bel bagno con ottima cabina doccia (peccato per la mancanza del bidet). Servizio al piano di pane fresco tutti i giorni. Piscina e wellness al top. Insomma ... struttura fantastica per delle belle vacanze.

Posizione fantastica, luogo ideale per chi non vuole la solita confusione del periodo delle vacanze

Cons:

Bagno senza finestre, ma la nostra era un appartamento piccolo, gli altri più grandi c'è l'hanno.

Pros:

Eccellente l'area benessere con sauna, bagno turco, piscina, idromassaggio e palestra, il servizio del pane al mattino, la funzionalità semplice e pratica della struttura, il terrazzo dell'appartamento (noi avevamo il 21, di fronte alla piscina)

Cons:

L'assenza di bidet, il frigo piccolo, la necessità di spostarsi in macchina o con navetta (fermata di fronte alla struttura) per fare una passeggiata

La vista dalla camera

C’è sempre un rapporto tra il costo e il soggiorno, premetto che viaggio molto e vengo in Alto Adige da 40 anni. Andiamo in ordine .. accoglienza fredda e frettolosa, l’appartamento in se non è male ma nel 2025 non si può non avere il bidè in camera inoltre la camera non è separata dalla cucina quindi odore tutto il tempo
Colazione ? Carissima per quello che ti offrono, servizio inesistente tant’è che la prima mattinata abbiamo fatto colazione su un tavolo sporco lasciato dagli ospiti prima di noi, uova ecc fai da te con padella e piastra a disposizione ? Alla modica cifra di 240 euro a notte, zona comune imbarazzante sembra una sala d’attesa del parrucchiere ( con tutto rispetto di quest’ultimo ) l’appartamento non viene mai pulito durante il soggiorno e per lo più le immondizie le devi buttare tu prima in strada e poi in una zona sotto l’hotel. Tanto ma tanto da rivedere rispetto a i vostri colleghi in zona .

Family fun and comfort in Val Martello
Pros:

The owners are a very kind and hardworking couple. The apartment was nice and big with two bedrooms-perfect for a family with two young kids. The heating was great. Well equipped kitchen so we could cook. The location was great and fun for a couple of days of sledding/fun in the snow. With more time, we would have taken advantage to travel to nearby attractions like Glorenza. The pool and sauna area was very pretty!

Cons:

These are small things that are not so important but the lighting in the apartment was mostly fluorescent and it would have been nice to have more options for low/warm light. The pool area was nice but the pool was pretty cold so we didn't want to swim so much after a long day outside in the cold sledding. The first day, the jacuzzi/hot tub was very nice and warm but the next day it was freezing cold and we found out that they had forgotten to turn the heat back on after it was cleaned/refilled. I'm sure this was a one time mishap that won't happen again.

Pros:

Struttura con tantissimi servizi accessori di comfort.
Bagno turco , sauna, piscina , idromassaggio , palestra, zona ricreativa
Bella posizione e bellissima vista.
Unico neo nei picchi di consumo l’acqua calda scarseggia, e d’inverno è un disagio non indifferente.
