Séjour très agéable.
Pros:

Bon accuei, personnel aimable.
Piscine et espace bien-être parfait.

Cons:

Manque de sourires du personnel à la brasserie pour le repas du soir.
Dommage...car les repas proposés étaient très bons.

La piscine et le sauna avec un jacuzzi pour couronner le tout, c’est très relaxant!

Pros:

Pas chauffé à l'arrivée de ma tante et mon oncle bien dommage quand il fait froid
C'était leur cadeau d'anniversaire de mariage
J'avais suggéré un petit geste dans la chambre.. on m'a répondu que l'établissement s'en occuperait..mais rien.

Atmosphäre, Essen, Personal gut - sanitäre Anlage müssen teilweise ersetzt und verbessert werden

Atmosphäre und gutes Essen und Personal waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wellness Geländer für das Bad war lose und muss dringend ersetzt werden. wegen Sturzgefahr.
Einstieg ins Sprudelbad ohne Geländer. Das geht gar nicht, sehr gefährlich.
Der Wasserhahne, die Apperatur war los und falsch eingestellt. Ich würde raten, dass ein professioneller Sanitär
die Anschlüsse macht.
