Boendet är ovanpå en kinarestaurang och frukosten serveras på restaurangen.
Även om rummen var nyrenoverade så fanns det en märklig doft, möjligtvis mögel.
Really well-decorated. Staff so friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner starters were delicious. Mocktails from the bar were also really well made and care/attention to detail. Lovely ambience in general and we felt 'at home' but treated at the same time.
Downgraded the room due to admin error. Just a bit disappointing - price difference was settled but only when I raised it and we were looking forward to the King bed. Restaurant mains compared to starters were more average.

Hotel was absolutely stunning every detail was thought about very high quality decor and was detailed in the bedrooms. Jamie who met us at front desk was AMAZING he treated us so well he was so polite and kind. We Also had a meal at the restaurant which also was outstanding quality and very well priced, the lady and the bar man where so attentive cant not fault this place perfect in everyway
I think for other people there is quite alot of stairs, they do have a lift to the first floor but still a few more steps to second floor wasn't a issue for us
Location is excellent friendly helpful staff
The welcome from the receptionist was outstanding and set the tone for our stay. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the watercooler provided for guest use - during a heatwave it was much appreciated. Our breakfasts were, quite simply, the best we've had in any hotel!! There were loads of usb charging points in our room, which we found very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the receptionist on our arrival was truly outstanding!

Lovely hotel, staff exceptional
Lovely staff. Handy location in the centre of town. Pretty decor in the bedroom, with plenty of plug and charging points. Provided a good fan. Breakfast was delicious.
Shame that the bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable. The sofabed was really squeaky! Will be nicer when the bathroom is finished and isn't a work in progress. As it stands I don't feel it was worth the price unfortunately.

Lovely meals, both breakfast and evening. Excellent quality and value for money. The hotel did everything they could to mitigate the extreme heat. Good selection of well kept draught beers. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds.
Nothing springs to mind
The staff were excellent, especially Liam who kindly gave every assistance they could in the recent heatwave. Nothing was too much to ask for. A great place in a lovely town, so convenient for the cricket at Trent Bridge.
Greeted with a smile, room spotless. Bed comfortable. Breakfast options good, mega plus allowed me to bring my dog into dining area, so no stress from either of us. Only rule under table and not on furniture, totally reasonable request. Violetta on reception fab, considering I managed to lock myself out within the first 5min of arriving. Trying to get bags, dog, dog bed inside, but door closing with key inside room was not in the plan. Just a smile and had me sorted within min. Didn’t try restaurant this time, but hopefully next time.
