Great staff, let down by details.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were fantastic. The car park was nice and roomy. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The king size room wasn't very big. The TV kept flitting in and out making it impossible to watch anything.
The hairdryer was wired into the wall socket across the other side of the room from the desk and the mirror.
The toilet wasn't easy to flush and took several attempts before finally flushing.
The light switches above the bed were too high to be reached without sitting up.

Very convenient location for overnight stay in Bingham
Pros:

Very convenient location. Stylish decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

Single room was a little bit dated, but was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was average.

Little break away
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay , staff welcoming and friendly, room comfortable and clean with a good shower, loved the water coolers for keeping us hydrated, as well as oat milk in the room for coffees, brilliant location with everything near by , we ate at the chinese restaurant next to the hotel which was delicious , we loved bingham its a great place for a little break and plenty of countryside walks to blow away those hangovers.

Pros:

Excellent value for money, room was clean and warm . Breakfast was very high quality ingredients and no problem with us bringing our big ole dog with us. The bar looks like a banana splits set and this is a very good thing.

little gem of a place
Pros:

This place was so different from the outside, its unique decoration was very opulent. The room was warm and clean with everything you would need, the staff helpful too. The meal in the restaurant was of high quality and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend.

A budget room but good for the price we paid
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of cereals, pastries, preserves etc. The full English was really nice

Cons:

No heating in the shower room and also no sink in there which meant you had to go into the bedroom to wash your hands

A Hidden Gem
Pros:

A hidden gem in Bingham .. Professional courteous & attentive staff … nothing to much trouble .. accommodation quaint & clean .. super restaurant below .. will definitely be going again … 3 mins walk from railway too …

Pros:

Rooms very clean and well equipped. Staff excellent and breakfast very good

Cons:

The Chinese restaurant linked to it is worth missing. Very ordinary food, bordering on poor
