Incredible hotel

What an incredible stay
This hotel is iconic and only after spending a few days here, I understand why. Everything was extremely smooth, from arrival, to check in. They had upgraded our rooms to two rooms with the view on the city. Wow, just wow!!!
We were there to celebrate our twins birthday and the management team had kindly thought of the cake.
The hotel is right in the centre and so handy for everything . Despite being in the busy area, it feels magical and we are truly in love with it.
The bar outside is an absolute must and the staff are wonderful and so attentive. I could spend hours writhing a review on this hotel but words will never do it justice.
Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back.

Pros:

Gorgeous Hotel and fantastic Lee professional staff. Room beautifully accommodated. You can watch Netflix and maybe some other streaming sites if you have an app. One criticism seems to be that the mini bar isn’t clear and they don’t necessarily give you water or tell you that it’s OK to drink from the top but they concierge takes care of your luggage when you come on the boat, to and from, at a price, but it’s just really really beautiful and first class.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and unexpected, setting the tone for what would be an outstanding visit. The level of service exceeded every expectation - the staff was attentive, genuinely kind, and impressively anticipatory. They knew who we were, made us feel recognized, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and cared for.

The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully appointed rooms and a refined, classic atmosphere. Breakfast each morning offered a wonderful variety, and the service was seamless. The bar deserves special mention - the craftsmanship of the drinks was truly next level.

The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Capri and directly across from the island’s luxury shopping district, making it perfect for strolling and people-watching from the terrace. And the views? Absolutely world-class and incomparable.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Grand Hotel Quisisana—truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.
We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We were generously upgraded on arrival, and throughout our stay we were surprised with thoughtful touches like champagne, fresh fruit, a cake, and the most beautiful flowers and roses. Every detail felt intentional and genuinely kind.

The hotel itself is stunning—perfectly located, beautifully maintained, and full of classic Capri charm. The spa was excellent and a great way to relax during our stay. Service across the board was exceptional—warm, attentive, and seamless.

stuck in time warp
Pros:

We have always stayed in this Hotel and loved it but unfortunalty it hasn't moved with the times rooms are tired still got the old jacuzzis sun beds are so close together round pool and not even padded like a 5 star hotel
The only good thing is sitting outside at night watching the people watch
The furniture in the entrance all needs changing so old fashioned
Breakfast basic have to pay extra for berries and some eggs
It is clean
but we did not get the family friendliness last time
the concierge are really efficient and nice as are the reception
But now we will stay at La Palma and go to their beautiful beach club by air con car
