Very quiet. Only 2 pools were open others were empty, wasn’t any entertainment on a night which was a shame but the view down at the sea made up for it

Die Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber, aber auch bei weitem nicht so schlecht wie es in vielen Bewertungen stand. Ich habe nach dem Buchen die Bewertungen gelesen und mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet. Dafür wurde ich dann recht positiv überrascht. Wir waren eine Gruppe die hauptsächlich für den Partyurlaub da war. Die Entfernung zum Ballermann 6 ist total in Ordnung. Preis ist unschlagbar gewesen und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es dann auch wirklich voll in Ordnung. Ob ich nochmal dieses Hotel buchen würde, weiß ich allerdings nicht. Die „Haussicherheit“ geht absolut nicht, sehr aggressiv und eskalierend.
Hôtel très bruyant du a une certaine catégorie de personnes les allemands trop bruyant sangene excentrique etc cuisine variée personnel très compétant en salle je recommande pas cet hôtel pour les français hôtel fait que pour la fête et non pour du repos donc je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.
Un peu vieillot mais propre
Wurden im 10 Uhr morgens vom Housekeeping angeschrien, dass wir gehen sollen. Checkout ist um 11 laut Buchungsbestätigung. Das Zimmer roch muffig nach Schimmel. An der Decke, Türen und Wänden schwarze Flecken. Generell ungepflegte Anlage, die darauf aus ist möglichst viele Zimmer zu verkaufen. Mit Qualität hat die Anlage nichts zu tun. Auch wenn man nur 30€ die Nacht gezahlt hat und zum Duschen/Schlafen dort war, ist Schimmel ein absolutes no-go. Das selbe Problem hatte ich letztes Jahr im selben Hotel. Werde dort nicht mehr buchen. Es interessiert sicherlich auch niemanden vom Management.
Die Aufenthalt ist reibungslos gelaufen.Die Gruppe von den Hotels MLL kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Jeder findet was für sich, ob ein Single, ein Paar oder eine Familie.Ich finde alle Leistungen Preisgemäß
We spend 14 days all inclusive in this hotel. The price-quality ratio in this hotel is excellent. The breakfasts were good, nothing to complain about. The buffet lunch and dinner is versatile and quite good for the price. The hotel area is clean. Because we trained during the day, we went to bed early and on several nights there were disturbing sounds and noises late in the evening and at night. In any case, this is understandable in this hotel. The security guards at the entrance also gave a sense of security. At this price level, I would come again.

Sadly, I was getting a room in a elevated cellar level with many evidences of earlier moist problems - incuding mold/mould. In the hallway were a big mould spot that was not removed although I told about it twice.
General conditions is worn but they seem to have done some renovating, though.
Apart from that: fine stay.
Personal and service was good.
Room-cleaning was insufficient.
Restaurant was noicy and the wine-service very slow.
Leider schlechter Kaffee. Aber ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Was my 3rd time at hotel and apert from getting eaten alive by flies and moses witch this was the first ever time this has happened in Arenal still.had a good time met some good people who made holiday goood. And i will come back hotel soon its good location and fantastic value for money
There's nothing good about this resort, its a 1star maximum. Our hotel was outside the resort with no security officer or receptionist, it looked like an abandoned place. The entrance was flooded, there was blankets to hold the water, buckets on the floor, only 1 elevator working in a weird maze of rooms, and the elevator in one of the nights had pee on it. People drunk, screaming and shouting in the hallways, you could literally hear them inside the room. The food had no quality, plastic cheese, the bread was horrible, the coffee was watery, the juice was more water than fruit, the eggs were the only good thing, my friend took a cup and there was a little bug in it. On top of that they closed 1 restaurant of the hotel because it was the "day off", in a hotel ? Who closes a restaurant of the hotel like that? We went for a drink in the bar, the barman was so rude and wanted to charge me only in cash because he needed deposit for the glasses, ridiculous a resort charge for the glass acrylic, in a resort trying to force us to use cash. The room had good furniture, the rest was falling apart. Paint, mold, infiltration, toilet seat was loose, the bathroom windows never have been cleaned, the shower temperature even though you tried to control it, it changed by itself constantly, extremely cold or hot. Both the bathroom and the room had only 1 light working each. The room service was as basic as changing towels, making the bed and emptying the trash, not even the floor was moped.
