Room was ideal for a solo stay and good facilities within the hotel complex

Great location and great property but need to do something about the check in lines which is really long always

Es un muy hotel, perfecto para pasar unos días. La única pega sería que la comida no están rica. Pero repetiría sin duda.

Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und das Essen war lecker. Pro Mahlzeit am Buffet gab es je ein Fleisch und ein Fischgericht, was vollkommen ausreichte und dadurch dass nicht Unmengen an (unnötig)verschiedenen Speisen da war wurde soweit man es beobachten konnte auch wenig weggeworfen. Trotzdem hatte man eine Vielzahl an Gerichten zur Auswahl.
An der All inclusive Bar wurde zu unserer positiven Überraschung spgar nur Markenalkohol ausgeschenkt

Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend.
Die Resortanlage bietet dagegen viel Platz und Möglichkeiten

In generale direi più che positiva, buona la struttura, vicina al mare e agli svaghi, attrezzata ed inoltre non lontana dalla città di Palma.

These hotels belong to a complex called Palma Bay Club Resort and consist of several hotels 2 and 3 star which all abound each other. I was upgraded to the 3 star Habana and stayed all inclusive. The room was clean and spacious but the hotel is old build lacking a plug socket and echoing to noise from adjoining rooms. The food was reasonable fare, buffet style, which was taken in another of the hotels called Acapulco. The drinks are served only in small single use plastic cups (not environmentally favourable). There are several pools all appearing well maintained with ample sunbeds. Staff are pleasant. Guests are at least %80 German and a few Dutch and Belgium with a small amount of Spanish and British. The Resort is situated uphill from the Beachfront and not suited to those with mobility problems. Entertainment was practically very little. There is no parking area and the surrounding streets are busy with traffic. Arenal is party land and not for those seeking relaxation. There is a bus service every 20/30mins from Palma Airport which takes you near to the Hotels.

Worst place I've ever stayed no were near hotel put in Anex few streets from hotel was like a prison no reception no balcony no resturaunt no bar would have been disappointed paying 20 euro actually payed 150 per night

Prima verblijf als je er puur en alleen bent voor het douchen, slapen en ontbijt. Lunch en avondeten niet veel gebruik van gemaakt gezien het zeer simpel eten is. Prima voor een paar nachten als je niet op zoek bent naar luxe.

Das Hotel war gut und Essen ausreichend. Empfehlenswert für alle die günsting aber trotzdem sauer wohnen wollen und Party machen wollen.

Hotel blizsko letiska nachadzajuci sa pri 2 minuty od plaze v primorskom stredisku. Hotel rozdeleny na viac casti. Mate na vyber ubytovanie priamo v areali alebo v blizskosti v troch roznych ubytovnach. Ale sluzby vyuzivate vsetci spolocne. My sme boli ubytovani v Sahare. Uytovanie skromne, , ale izby, bez balkona okno do bocnej ulice. Pohodlie a cistota na 3/5. Blizskost arealu kde sa nachadzaju sluzby ktore boli vyborne, bazeny, jedlo, okolie a sluzby vyborne. Do buducna ubytovanie priamo v areali. A nezabudat ze je to skor hotel pre mladez ako rodiny.

Chambre très petite (bien que prévue pour accueillir 3 personnes).
Vue sur escalier, manque de lumière. Pas confortable!
Concept low-cost, chambre à petit prix mais services à payer en complément (wifi, tv, etc.).

Viel zu laut, am büffet überall warteschlangen.
