Oase in der Metropole
Pros:

Ein einzigartiges Gebäude! Der ehemalige palacio wurde mit viel Liebe saniert, ohne etwas von seinem alten Charme einzubüßen. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, auch ohne Klimaanlage oder Heizung (beides gibt es) perfektes Klima zum schlafen. Besonders toll war das bequeme Bett und die Aussicht ins Grüne - und das obwohl es mitten im Zentrum liegt.
Die Gegend rundherum ist nicht wahnsinnig schön, dafür gibt es reihenweise Lokale wo man eigentlich nur Locals trifft, kaum Touristen. Toll!! Und für den Preis - absolut unschlagbar.

Schönes Haus mit ruhigem Garten
Pros:

Sehr schönes, historisches Haus mit hohen, luftigen Räumen und einem wirklich hübschen Garten, wo man verweilen kann.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Im Zimmer lagen Ohrstöpsel bereit, und die braucht man dringend, insbesondere wenn man gerne bei offenen Fenster schläft!
Ins Stadtzentrum kann man tagsüber problemlos zu Fuss gehen. (Nachts wird es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht empfohlen!)

Een boetique hotel dat prijs kwaliteit zeker het bezoeken waard is.
Pros:

Een mooi locking hotel, mooie tuin, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt zeer goed, veel keuze.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was gereserveerde kamer niet toegankelijk wegens zware regenval de nacht voordien en we kregen een andere kleinere kamer aan de straatkant (lawaai van auto's). De volgende dag was onze oorspronkelijke ruimere kamer in orde en hebben heerlijk geslapen, (geen lawaai van de auto's) Spijtig dat ik geen reductie gekregen heb wegens het prijsverschil op van de kamer. Kamers mogen een verflaagje krijgen. Komt hier en daar wat los.

De las mejores opciones en Santiago
Pros:

Me encantó la arquitectura del hotel, creo que hicieron un trabajo muy bueno en la adaptación de la casona en hotel. Todo es hermoso y muy cuidado, está lleno de detalles tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes. El personal sumamente amigable y atento. El desayuno que incluye también está excelente. Me encantó mi estancia.

Cons:

No depende del hotel, pero la zona en la que está se ve que apenas está resurgiendo y empezando a tener más oferta para los turistas. A nosotros nos gusta caminar y por eso no tuvimos inconveniente, del hotel puedes llegar a muchas zonas de la ciudad caminando.

Tranquilo y bonito lugar en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

El lugar es tal cual como en las fotos, es muy bonito, los espacios y la habitación estaban muy limpios y ordenados, el personal muy atento e informativo, nos dieron varias recomendaciones para la zona. El bar y el desayuno también estuvieron muy buenos.
